Mình tên là Tuấn Nghĩa, mọi người thường gọi mình là Bob, hiện mình đang là du học sinh học Kinh tế tại Leuven, Bỉ. Mình làm video về cuộc sống của mình, chia sẻ về những trải nghiệm và quan điểm. Malaysia is FAMOUS for its food. So I thought I would take you guys to one of my favourite spots for Malay food!

We're still in lockdown mode, but day by day the lockdown situation seems to get more and more unclear. There is a big political war going on between 2 big political figures who are fighting for the position of Prime Minister, and that has lead to a tone of chaos over the past few months.

But we continue to live life to the fullest and trying to keep as respectful about the situation as possible.

Coming into the 8th day of Workout for the MCO1000 Challenge:
1. Lunge to Kicks
2. Knee to Elbow
3. Frog Crunch
4. Plank Step
5. Pike Pushup
6. Ski Hops
7. Reverse Tuck
8. Flutter Kicks
9. Alternating Lunges
10. Roundhouse

A turbulent journey of a girl travelling across the globe with high hopes & aspirations to seek life to it's fullest only for her dreams to be short lived and forced her to be confined indoors due to the pandemic which then restricted her to live normally again especially when there is no tell when the outbreak will subside. This music video is an invitation to come along on a rollercoaster ride of emotion that enriches the concept of life. A narrative created for the Carmarthen Bay Film Festival.

Personally, this is the most raw piece of filmmaking I have ever done because you will see the happiest and lowest I have ever been in my life. It was my privilege to share this story with you especially in the midst of this historic mark that affected the whole world. When I was editing this for the first time, I literally took 2 hours just to get myself together and not break down. This was an ongoing process till today (I'm much better now, don't worry hehe)

Initially the narrative for Better Half was supposed to be a love story that speaks on the levels of how complicated a relationship can be and to understand the depth of love, better. However, I had to scratch that idea out because my actors and my team had to go our separate ways due to the virus outbreak and social distancing.

Although the process went downhill, I think Better Half was told in it's best version now and I am so proud how it was constructed. I hope this music video gives some sort of inspiration to all of you that even though life will knock you down in the most unimaginable way possible, there is still light at the end of the tunnel. We just need to be brave to find it.
