Chào mọi người,

Đây là thông báo chính thức của cty Light On Agency – chủ quản của diễn viên Ninh Dương Lan Ngọc.

Trong ngày qua, phía công ty chúng tôi phát hiện một đơn vị truyền thông đã đang sử dụng tên tuổi/ hình ảnh của nghệ sĩ phía công ty để làm trang cộng đồng một cách công khai mà chưa qua bất kì sự đồng ý nào từ phía công ty chúng tôi. Đây là một hành vi đáng lên án.

Thật sự, Lan Ngọc cũng như công ty không bao giờ ràng buộc hoặc ngăn chặn các vấn đề về FC hoặc trang của người hâm mộ (fanpage). Thế nhưng, các trang/ thông tin này phải xuất phát từ mục đích phi thương mại, cũng như từ sự yêu mến của cộng đồng, do chính cộng đồng lập nên.

Chúng tôi không cho phép các đơn vị truyền thông tạo ra các sản phẩm ăn theo có tên gây hiểu lầm và sử dụng hình ảnh/ âm thanh/ tên tuổi/ nội dung của Lan Ngọc một cách phi pháp và hoàn toàn không được sự đồng ý.

Từ khi thành lập đến tận hôm nay, chúng tôi không nhận được bất kì văn bản phản hồi nào cũng như thông tin nào từ phía YAN. Những hình ảnh/ nội dung mà YAN đang sản xuất gây ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến quyền lợi của Talent công ty nói riêng và phía công ty nói chung. Nếu để những trường hợp này tiếp tục xảy ra sẽ tạo nhiều vấn đề gây ảnh hưởng không tốt ra trong tương lai.

Thông qua bài post này. Phía Lan Ngọc muốn xác nhận 3 điều:

- Những phát ngôn/ hình ảnh/ thông tin/ nội dung của trang (https://www.facebook.com/NinhDuongLanNgocStories.FC) là vi phạm hình ảnh và không có được sự đồng ý của chính Lan Ngọc cũng như công ty chủ quản.

- Phía FC cũng như công ty sẽ có những hành động khác để những việc sử dụng trái phép hình ảnh của Lan Ngọc không diễn tiến ra xa.

- Các trang FC là nơi lưu trữ và cũng như là đón nhận tình cảm của người hâm mộ gửi đến nghệ sĩ. Chúng tôi không chấp nhận bất kì hành động thương mại hóa nào đến cộng đồng FC hoặc lợi dùng sự yêu mến của khán giả tạo thành những trang nội dung cho hệ sinh thái nội dung của công ty khác.

PICTURE LIFE TOGETHER
(OPPO RENO5 WONDERLAND)
Location: Jalan Panggong / Jalan Balai Polis, Petaling Street, Kuala Lumpur

I centered the big idea around friendship, and thought about my memorable experiences with friends. That is when I came up with the wonderland design, made up of all the things we love and miss doing, from hanging out to just being outdoors together. This piece illustrates the adventures I’d love to go on with my friends once we can travel.

Although the day is beautiful, the mural at night also has a hidden surprise. Picture life together and the magic happens. When two ride on the bicycle together, the mural comes alive and lights up. The Sun will set and the Moon will be out with unicorns and stars lighting up one after the other. This was created to bring friends closer and create exciting memories together.

As we are stepping further into the new normal, I wish for people to connect, and continue capturing special moments, creating memories with their friends that will bring them closer to one another.
