Berry almond tart - This is my favourite dessert among all. The tart is topped with Turkey fig and summer berries🍓. The crust is crispy. The tart has a moderate sweetness.
Sunshine — A lemon mousse cake🍋covered with jelly coating. .
Ever green 🍏— An Earl Grey sponge cake with green apple mousse, green apple fillings, and almond biscuits. It's topped with few slices of green apple.

Had an afternoon tea in this nice and cozy dessert place in Wan Chai with a friend. The environment here is perfect for girls' date👭.
The cakes offered in this shop are very attractive and "instagrammable".

made with sponge cake, custard, and fruit, this is a very nice dessert to share with family and friends. It's delicious and pretty, great for a get-together. I made this recipe to use up all the egg white and yolk, so you will not have any leftover yolk like other recipes.
Recipe:
Ingredients for the cake
5 egg white
sugar 100g
butter 40g
lemon juice 1 tbsp (optional)
lemon zest 1tbsp (optional)
milk 2tbsp
flour 150g
baking powder 1 tsp
vanilla 1 tsp
pinch of salt
Custard Fruit cake/ german fruit cake
Ingredients for the custard
5 egg yolk L
sugar 100g
butter 40g
milk 2 cups
vanilla 2 tsp
pinch of salt
fruits of your choice
Tips:
1. don't over mix the batter when incorporating flower
2. it's better to use cake flour. but if you don't have, use all-purpose
3. my oven needed 16 minutes baking time but you might need 2 -3 minutes more depending on your oven type. feel free to adjust.
4. you can adjust the consistency of your custard by increasing the corn starch a little.

❖ Watercolor brushes
There are many people who ask me which brushes are the preferred brushes to use for beginners.
- My answer to them is that all the brushes are great to use and compliment each other. My brushes are not expensive to purchase, they cost around $1-4 USD, some prices may vary on the different brushes used duo to special use of each brush. Remember that with each brush you use you will have a different experience and a range of different feeling. The important thing is that you and the brush work as one to find the balance between creation and skill. The artist's hand is very important in making the painting and to feel the way the water on the brush moves as the brush creates the ultimate master piece.
❖Improve your painting skills
Sometimes people ask me that they've been painting for months, but they think nothing improved.
- Well, I want to say that I have been painted for 15 years and I enjoy my painting every moment. If you enjoy your painting, that is the right way to go forward. Don't be hurry. You just need time. Now you keep improving your painting skill.
