Long awaited “Ki Noh Bi” from Japanese Dry Gin Ki No Bi from Kyoto is launched in HK! It’s first crossover of Japanese Gin x Japanese Whisky ! The gin has been aged in the renowned Karuizawa Japanese Single Malt Whisky “Noh” sherry cask for 2 months. it’s limited edition. Great gift for Xmas! HK$1800/bottle & there is only 150 bottles for 1st release! The color is light gold with aromas is Ki No Bi gin with floral, yuzu, juniper and tea, plus the toasty, oak, spices & dried fruit notes from the sherry cask, but the whisky touch has not overwhelmed the gin flavours, it’s very balanced!
