#相同的飯店在不同OTA上會有不同評價嗎?
義守大學的梁靜文主任以🏨香港酒店為樣本,並收集OTA上的顧客評價,包含Agoda, Booking , Expedia, Hotels.com , Kayak, Priceline, TripAdvisor, Kayak, facebook。
🌟結果如下:
📌Agoda, booking, Priceline這三個OTA上的評價分數屬於低分組;而Ctrip(攜程)是全部評價中最高的。
進一步將飯店區分成國際連鎖、亞洲連鎖、地區連鎖、獨立酒店
📌在不同類型下,Agoda, booking, Priceline同樣屬於低分組;而Ctrip和Kayak顧客給的評價仍然較高。結果與不分區類似。
