Kehidupannya yang susah mendorong beliau tidak ingin jadi seperti ayahnya. Tuan Mohd Husni Mohd Rusad pada asalnya adalah anak seorang petani yang mana sewaktu kecilnya beliau menolong ayahnya di kebun sehinggakan beliau terpaksa melakukan kerja- kerja yang bukan kerelaan hatinya dan adakalanya terpaksa ponteng sekolah hanya kerana menolong bapanya di kebun. Niatnya hanya satu “ Beliau enggan hidup susah macam ayahnya.”

His intention is only one ′′ He refuses to live as hard as his father."
12 years ago, he managed to run a business that was finally able to open several branches even though he was doing business without enough knowledge. Although at first there was also someone who advised him to attend business classes, but the advice was just an advice. He seems like his ego and looks at it as a ′′ lightly ′′ thing because of him the knowledge he has enough to handle his existing business until 2015 his business started to record a decline.
Used to do business in the night market while he was speaking at University Malaya (UM), Knowing about his fate that was quite less fortunate he tried to sell corn to contain the needs of life. In the beginning the business that was controlled was successful until he got married and went through different phases in business when his night market business became worse following competition from foreigners. Disappointed with the fate that was experienced, he returned to his hometown and became a contractor, unfortunately the job was able to last 2 to 3 years only when the job was wrong with his soul.
His change in business happened when he decided to register his ′′ Mutiara Jati ′′ business with his cousin. Mutiara Jati initially received a warm celebration until it was able to open up to 8 branches. But the result of lack of knowledge and plus the character of the founder's ego cause business is just like living shy to die but Finally on August 31, 2018 he decided for the online guidance seminar of Tuan Najib Assadok..... Seeing the success of the class he was interested in knowing who actually was MenThor to Najib Asaddok. Finally, the RM 200 paid by his friend, he joined the program to change his life (NUH).
The chicken owner looks at the feet, luck of the human who knows, after the program he continues to commit to following Dr Azizan Osman's closely, so he intends to find information to register as Titan at RichWorks. He said ′′ Special guidance session on Independence 2019 became my beginning as a student with Menthor." Now, he is proudly proudly until April this year, over RM3 million sales have been achieved by Pearl Jati. He even said, when he was in the Titan circle he was grateful to be surrounded by a very positive-minded group that evokes the atmosphere that could change many business landscapes
Now his sales from January to August 2020 Has surged to 6.8 Million!
