The process produces up to 97% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than conventional dairy. Founded in 2014, Perfect Day’s dairy proteins have already been incorporated into a number of consumer products, including Ice Age! ice creams in Hong Kong. 🍨

“Hungry（お腹が空く）”と“Angry（イライラする））”を合体させた造語です。あまりにもお腹が空き過ぎてイライラしている状態を表しますが、本気でイライラしているというよりは、冗談で空腹であることを大げさに言う意味合いとして一般的に使われます。「I'm really hungry」や「I'm starving」の代わりに使える表現です。

A: I'm almost ready. I just need to do my hair real quick.
（もうすぐ準備ができるから。あとは髪をセットするだけ。）

B: Hurry up! I haven't eaten anything all day. I'm so hangry!

“YAAAS”は“Yes”と同じ意味ですが、喜びや嬉しさの感情を強調して表す言い方としてフェイスブックやインスタなどのSMSの世界で広まった表現です。主に若者の間で使われるネット用語ですが、ふざけて日常会話で使われることもしばしばあります。例えば、「Let's go to Disneyland this weekend.（今週末、ディズニーランドに行こう）」の誘いに対し、「YAAAS!」と返事をすることで日本語の「やった〜！」や「もちろん！」を意味し、ディズニーランドへ行くことを本当に楽しみにしている気持ちを表すことになります。
　
✔綴りは「Yaaas!」、「YAASSS!」、「YAAAAASS!!」のように色々あり、正しいスペルはない。その人の感情次第。

→「人生は１度きり」

“YOLO”は「You Only Live Once」の略語で「人生は一度きり」を意味します。ヒップホップ界では有名なラッパー「Drake」が流行らせた表現です。何か新しい事にチャレンジをするときや、リスキーで過激な事にチャレンジする状況で「人生は1回だけだから、将来のことを心配せず今を思いっきり生きて人生を楽しまないと！」といった意味を込めたメッセージとして用いられます。
　
✔SMSでは“YOLO”と略して表すの一般的ですが、日常会話では「You only live once」と略さず言うことも多い。

A: You're going to quit your job and travel the world for a few years!?
（仕事を辞めて、数年間、世界旅行するって？）

“FOMO”は「Fear of missing out（チャンスを逃すことへの恐怖心）」の略語で、一般的に「楽しい出来事を逃してしまうかもしれない」といった不安な気持ち示す場合に用いられます。仲の良い友達みんなが行くパーティーや飲み会に自分だけ参加できずに「みんながいる場に私だけいない・・・何か楽しいチャンスを逃しちゃうんじゃないかな・・・」のような不安な気持ちを指します。また、フェイスブックなどで友達がイベントの写真をアップし、「え、なんで私だけ誘われなかったの？」のように、周りから取り残された失望感を示す場合にも使われます。
　
＜例文＞
　
～会話例～

A: All my friends are going to Las Vegas this week. They're going to have so much fun. Maybe I should just blow off my job interview and go with them.
（今週、友達がみんなラスベガスに行くんだよね。めっちゃ楽しいんだろうな。仕事の面接をすっぽかして一緒に行こうかな。）

B: What are you talking about? You have a bad case of FOMO. I'm sure you guys will go to Vegas again. You better go to your interview!

→「ベイビー」

“Bae”は「Before anyone else（誰より先に）」の略語で、主に若者が彼氏や彼女を呼びかける時に“baby”の代わりに使うになった流行語です。例えば、「I love you Bae」と言うと「誰よりも先に君のことを愛している」といったニュアンスになります。使い方は“baby”と“babe”と同じです。
　
＜例文＞
　
A: I love you Bae!
（愛しているよ、ベイビー！）

B: Eww! Don't ever call me Bae again. You're too old to use that.
（きもっ！もう二度と私を「Bae」なんて呼ばんといてや。自分、そんなこと言う年齢ちゃうやろ。）

6) Cray
→「やばいね！すごいね！」

状況によって若干意味は異なりますが、基本的に意味と使い方は“Crazy”と全く同じで、「やばいね」や「すごいね」、「信じられない」や「あり得ない」などの意味として若者の間で用いられています。「This party is about to get cray cray!（かなりやばいパーティーになりそう！）」のように、より強調した言い方として「Cray cray」と２回続けて言うこともあります。
　
✔一般的に女性が使うスラング。

A: Oh my god! Did you just down that whole bottle of shochu? You're so cray!

→「男同士の親密な友情」

“Bromance”は“Brother（兄弟）”と“Romance（ロマンス）”を合体させた造語で口語的な表現になります。性的関係が一切ないものの、男同士が頻繁にハグをしたり、2人ですごく楽しそうに会話をするなど、周りから見るとちょっと気持ち悪いと思うほどの男同士の親密な友情関係を指します。「兄弟のように仲が良い」と解釈するといいでしょう。
　
✔男同士の友情のみ。女同士の関係では使えない。
　
＜例文＞

A: I seriously love you man! You're the best!
（お前は本当にいい奴だな！最高だ！）

B: It looks like you two really got a bromance going on. You guys need some time alone?

8) Man-crush
→「男性が他の男性に対する憧れの気持ち」

誰かに一目惚れしたり片思いすることを意味する“Have a crush”がルーツとなった表現です。男性が他の男性に憧れや敬愛の気持ちを抱くことを表し、“Bromance”同様、性的な感情は全くありません。一般的にプロスポーツ選手や俳優、歌手などへの憧れの感情に対して用いられますが、有名人だけと言うわけではありません。
　
✔最近では、女性が他の女性に対する憧れの気持ちを「Woman-crush」と言われるようにもなった。
　
✔月曜日は「#MCM（Man Crush Monday）」、水曜日は「#WCW（Woman crush Wednesday）」とハッシュタッグを使って憧れの男性や女性の写真を投稿するのがSMS上で流行っている。

A: I'm not gonna (going to) lie. I've got a man-crush on George Clooney. That dude looks amazing for his age!
（ぶっちゃけ、俺はジョージ・クルーニーに憧れているね。あの年齢にして、あの格好良さは最高だよ！）

近日這間VC又有新搞作，為香港小店 Ice Age! 穿針引線，搭上 Perfect Day，推出全亞洲首款創新「愛牛」雪糕Ice Age!，喺中環Landmark（置地廣場）開辦Pop-up 實體店，位置喺Landmark Cafe 隔離，在中庭呼喚愛。

這款雪糕店不單止好味，話題性十足，標謗「非牛之奶，乃是奶」 ，英文係Dairy... but no cows，用microflora + 發酵技術提煉出「無動物性乳清蛋白（animal free whey protein）」，以科技減少對環境的負擔，同時亦能保留奶滑質感和滋味。

咁多款味道之中，聽聞李嘉誠最鍾意食嘅係 Ice Age! x TRU NIAGEN® 破天荒合作推出的香港首個含保健配方嘅非動物性乳製品雪糕。（超市先有）

我自己就比較鍾意抹茶忌廉曲奇、楊枝甘露味，因為自小就對這些味道有情意結；同埋喺Little Bao先有得食、由亞洲最佳女廚May Chow特製嘅「彩虹忌廉味」雪糕（幫襯會捐錢畀Pink Alliance）。

經過一些秋與冬，香港這個夏天實在特別納悶，要填補心靈空虛，不免飲飲食食，但牽涉到吃肉、喝奶，又會肥，又傷害環境，罪孽深重。

現在有了best alternative，而且位於prime location，約女神食雪糕，以後睇落無咁低B，試着說「不如一齊贖罪」，進可攻退可守。

A lot of things have been happening to me these past few months, whether it’s good or bad, I’ve learned to be grateful for the little things and learned to change my perspective towards things in a different way.

Throughout my life so far, at this age I’ve met a lot of amazing people from different walks of life and I’m forever grateful that I get to learn a thing or two from these amazingly wonderful people, even though it is for a short period of time, I’m happy to have stumbled upon them truly.

For 3 years, I’ve been wanting to have a proper Ice Cream Cake for my birthday but never really got the chance to get it but Alhamdulilah 2021, finally got it! Thanks Kak, Sabrina, Abah and Mama. Infact I’d call my friends virtually via Zoom Calls & Google Meet, we’d call & talk, laugh till it’s 4/5AM in the morning, I missed all of them truly

I even got the opportunity to spend my birthday with some of the #FAIZIES which I didn’t expect it to happen at all, they really did surprised me and it means the world to be receiving that, Thanks guys. It’s a memory that I’ll remember always and forever. You guys made my day truly, I love all of you.

As I grow, I believe that we’ll never stop learning as we live and as we grow we will keep meeting new obstacles in life that’ll make us wonder and think. Furthermore, I believe that from these obstacles that we’ve all went through, it’ll mold us into better & stronger individuals, as we grow. Moving on, Letting go of things that it is beyond our control
