[高雄 Kaohsiung - NIBBON 😋]
剛開放內用後上週未第一次來吃這家應該全台前幾位最難訂位西餐廳之一。好評如潮,十分期待。來之前看到不少評價認為這裡是吃日式西餐。沒錯菜單上有一兩道是有帶點日風點綴,但若要歸類為日式西餐如logy和liberte等,我真的不能認同。
當然風格只是其次,味道才是重點。
整餐上菜的順序配搭速度流暢,食物味道上有創新的同時亦不會太誇張。個人最喜歡是穴子卷和鴨胸。而沙丁飯魚的亮皮魚味有點偏重,蓋過飯本身的味道。
不得不提是當晚的餐酒配搭。我想因為夏天緣故,侍酒師/闆娘Imo沒有採用重酒體的酒款,而配了主要以,Austria, Alsace, Loire等地區為主偏輕盈的款式。 個人很喜歡用GV來配summer truffle干貝的一道。尤其是喝完一口後再吃馬鈴薯,口感和後韻都加強不少。另外當晚最喜歡的酒款非來自Loire 區Saumur的Cab Franc不可。它沒有一般CF 的紅果奔放,而是帶有沉實有後韻的森林氣息。年份雖輕但喝得舒服的同時,陳年潛力也高。配上我的雙主菜鴨胸和小牛胸線很優。礙於成本考量,很多餐廳的pairing都不會用很貴的酒,對這點我完全不介意,最重要是挑選的酒款本身有沒有幫食物和自己加分,我覺得這套pairing有做到。期待若有機會再來的話下次的餐酒配。
另外不知從那裏跳出來的感覺,從前兩道菜開始,直到最後一道,這餐廳的食物呈現和味道都讓我聯想起台灣另一家也是超難訂的餐廳,不知你猜不猜得到我想的是那一家!? 😆
剛好米其林公佈明年台灣指南會加入台南和高雄,無疑這家將會是熱門候選餐廳之一。

我常在想一件事,如果我是在船的現職船長,而我的船上船員又開始染上了COVID-19,在船旗國(Flag State)無視,港口國(Port State)自私殘酷,沿岸國(Coast State)絕情的環境之下,作為船長我要怎麼辦?
看看自COVID-19發生以來各國際組織(包括全球運輸工人同盟ITF;國際海事組織IMO;甚至是聯合國UN)的呼籲,要求各國給予<維持全球供應鏈暢通的>海員滿期能順利回家,染疫者能上岸治療,可是大多數的國家都是堅壁清野,對於運到門口的經濟物資,民生必需品他們要,但是對於”司機”,對不起,不准上下,不給治療,甚至是屍體都不准運上岸(2021/6/21 MV”Ital Libera”Captain Angelo Capurro)
至此,一切被視為圭臬的國際法,公約,通通蕩然無存,只剩下20多萬傻傻的,無助的船員,仍繼續為各國亟需的物資離鄉背井的拼命.
船舶航行在海上,基本上來說是一個隔絕的天然免疫體,船上的病毒幾乎都是來自靠港後”岸上人員”無症狀帶原者的接觸.再加上船舶隔絕與通風的特性,所以一但有病毒上船,就會快速的傳播.
當外界的國際規範,人道主義都不復存在時,作為船上唯一的執法者,要如何保障船員的生命?如何堅守安全管理體系中的”健康,安全,環保HSE”?
NO CREW,NO CARGO!
我想到的唯一辦法,就是將”有症狀”的船員,一概隔離,關到貨艙之中,三餐送到,將染疫的船員與”貨物”綑綁在一起,直接向自私自利的”港口國”攤牌,要貨嗎?那請連人一起帶走! 我也查不出這樣作有違反哪一條法律,如果真的有,請將<有染疫風險的>船長扣押! 至少讓港口國知道”權力與責任”的對等原則,要,就全收!不要?就全不收! 收貨不收人? 這種穩賺不賠的生意不應由弱勢的船員來承擔!

這首《悼詞》是蘭嶼達悟族人同時為蘭嶼 雅布書卡嫩居家護理所創辦人張淑蘭,這二十多年來作為護理師,在偏鄉傳統與醫療現代化衝突的命題下,即使被誤會是在破壞傳統而遭受輿論,刻苦在偏鄉醫療匱乏的處境中實踐護理專業。從蘭嶼偏鄉到台灣居護所,對於護理的愛,不僅只有熱情,還需擁有面對困境的勇氣。

No-fuss family dish kids and adults will love 😋
You can arrange this dish with regular taro potatoes, or regular potatoes or a radish kind.
Perfect for everyday meal and Bento box!
Because its shape and pattern are like a shrimp, we call this taro potato Ebi-Imo (shrimp potato). It is in season from November through January. My neighbor gave me some beautiful Ebi-Imo, so I decided to make this dish for my family. I hope this idea helps 👍

Chicken Mince Simmered Ebi-Imo (Shrimp-Shaped Taro Potatoes) Recipe
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 30min
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients
600g (1.3lb.) Ebi-Imo (shrimp potato)
300g (0.7lb.) minced chicken
3 tbsp. green peas (cooked/frozen/canned)
salt
400ml Dashi broth
A
* 4 tbsp. soy sauce
* 2 tbsp. Sake
* 2 tbsp. sugar
* 1 tbsp. ginger juice
1 tbsp. cooking oil
B
* 1 tbsp. corn/potato starch
* 1 tbsp. water
Directions:
1. Peel and cut Ebi-Imo in bite-size chunks. Parboil in salted water to remove bitter taste then rinse to remove slimy texture. *When you use regular potato, this procedure is not necessary but it improves flavor.
2. Heat cooking oil in a pot, and cook minced chicken until no longer pink.
3. Add Ebi-Imo and Dashi stock, and bring to a boil. When it comes to a boil, remove the foam.
4. Add the seasonings (A), and cook until the potatoes are soft for about 10~15 minutes.
5. Stop the heat, add starch diluted with water, then heat again until thick.
6. Lastly, add green peas, and cook until hot.

Insane fat burning and muscle endurance workout. Due to the huge demand. Here presenting to you a Level 6 workout.
Warning: This workout routine is not for Beginner and Intermediate trainer. This routine is hardcore, and this workout routine is never meant to be "fun" or that kinda "good workout" routine, and you may dislike this routine. However, this routine was designed to push your body to the limit or beyond, especially your lower body and stamina!
Three criteria to get the best out of level 6:
1.) Technique: You must be able to complete all Level 5 workouts without feeling too much fatigue. That means that your body is already adapted to this kind of training.
2.) Stamina & Recovery: Complete Level 5 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between each round.
3.) To experience Level 6 difficulty. You must achieve the rep goal in every exercise. IMO, if you only manage to achieve anything lower than the benchmark, this workout is considered a Level 5 workout instead.
