一連四場《楚撚記大排檔呈獻 方皓玟LOST n FOUND演唱會》假紅磡香港體育館舉行。方皓玟於其首個紅館個唱中，大唱由出道至今多首貫穿演唱會「LOST n FOUND」主題的歌曲，對應著現今香港的狀況，令不少觀眾被打動。

演唱會尾段時，小明由50個舞蹈員伴舞下唱出〈人話〉，令演出格外震撼，台下觀眾紛紛起哄，把全場氣氛推至高峰。最後，第三位嘉賓、小明的師妹章尾而現身唱出〈I Wanna Be Strong〉，小明解釋邀請師妹成為嘉賓的原因，說道：「原來喺好多人心目中，都一樣想我哋呢個世界變得更美好。但原來呢件事唔係為咗自己，我哋做好多嘢去努力，為好多事情去付出，其實係為咗我哋下一代年青人，所以希望大家唔好放棄年青人，亦都好proud of 自己係香港人呢個身分。」說畢即唱出〈你是你本身的傳奇〉及〈假使世界原來不像你預期〉。

【方皓玟演唱會】方皓玟 首個個人紅館演唱會！好好睇！👏🏻👏🏻
苦練舞蹈，在演唱《超生記》時，用舞步表達與心魔對戰，及後在《666》延續光明與黑暗的對碰，其後在演唱會中段，小明與12位赤裸上身的男舞蹈員同台，並在長枱上唱出《異流》，在聖母像背景下，與眾舞蹈員呈現出名畫「最後的晚餐」一幕，為觀眾帶來視覺上衝擊。接著在唱出《Won’t You Stand》及《Let’s Say》時，小明大跳椅子舞，性感的舞姿令全場歌迷尖叫聲不斷，其後唱到《唵嘛呢叭咪吽》更被整個抬起，躺臥在一眾男舞蹈員的掌心上。演唱會尾段時，小明由50個舞蹈員伴舞下唱出《人話》，令演出格外震撼，台下觀眾紛紛起哄，把全場氣氛推至高峰。
小明是次演唱會嘉賓演出陣容強大，先有6號率先驚喜現身，唱出他與對方一同填詞的《All We Have Is Now》，全場歌迷氣氛熱烈。小明於歌曲中段再度登台，與6號合唱，並於唱畢此曲後邀請RubberBand其餘成員阿偉、泥鯭及阿正上台。6號感觸分享：「演唱〈All We Have Is Now〉係別具意義，好似一個盟誓咁，我哋RubberBand同小明喺呢十年，大家互相有嘢需要幫忙嘅時候就會出現。所以無論你嘅騷喺麥花臣、Star Hall定係紅館，我哋都唔會缺席，那怕唔係唱歌只係嚟拉線都OK。雖然呢首歌好多場合都唱過，但係紅館嚟講真係第一次。」
除了RubberBand外，林家謙亦是演唱會嘉賓之一，林家謙與枯樹造型的水泥鋼琴一同升到台上，以鋼琴伴奏與小明唱出《聽風》，再自彈自唱《一人之境》，令觀眾喜出望外。演唱會尾段，第三位嘉賓、小明的師妹章尾而現身唱出《I Wanna Be Strong》。
小明離台後於觀眾熱烈地高喊Encore下再次上台，在點點星光和燈火下，獻唱《你好嗎》及《願》，首場演唱會於點點燭光下圓滿結束。

I made this choreography 3 years ago on a famous traditional Taiwanese song.
The song is about wives in the Taiwanese culture. Supporting and taking care of their family is the most important thing for them. What makes them happy is to be with their husband and no matter how hard life can be, they will still hold each other hands.
It may sound old fashioned. Today, women are independent but the core idea is the same. We are strong for the ones we love, having mutual respect and supporting each other definitely bring happiness. In that way, the lyrics are still touching.
I wanted to get a deeper connection with this subject so I used a dress that my grandmother used to wear in the 60's/70's! 👗🥰
