接吻會傳染口瘡?!
讓我們先來了解口瘡的形成原因,根據中醫理論,口瘡(即生飛滋)多因為脾胃積熱或脾虛濕盛所致的口舌表面潰爛,脾胃積熱伴隨症狀為口瘡紅腫疼痛、小便黃、舌紅苔黃等,脾虛濕盛伴隨症狀常見臉黃、胃口差、胸脘脹滿、身倦乏力、反覆腹瀉等,而工作壓力大、多熬夜,耗傷心陰以致陰虛火旺,也會容易出現口瘡症狀。口瘡沒有傳染性,所以接吻不會傳染口瘡給對方。然而接吻的確會傳染病毒,例如唇瘡是因為感染疱疹病毒而形成,而疱疹病毒可以透過唾液及嘴唇接觸傳染,此時就要避免接吻了。
雖然口瘡不會傳染,但接吻時也會有不適感,建議避免喝酒、進食重口味、煎炸油膩的食物,也可以飲用以下湯水或外洗方緩解不適,待痊癒後自然可以繼續來個「愛的嘴嘴」!
小貼士:口瘡外洗方
功效:清熱解毒
材料:金銀花9克、黃連9克
做法:材料洗淨,以200毫升熱水焗5-10分鐘至茶香味透出,放涼後即可以棉花棒塗在口瘡患處。
注意:此茶只能外用,一日三次,連續使用至口瘡好轉。
霸王花粟米牛蒡湯
功效:清熱袪濕消暑,紓緩口瘡、口臭、流鼻血、便秘等症狀。
材料:新鮮霸王花1-2朵、粟米連鬚2根、牛蒡1根、赤小豆40克、蓮子連芯80克(約2兩)、無花果2枚
做法:所有材料洗淨,新鮮霸王花用水泡洗乾淨,切段;粟米連鬚去衣切段、牛蒡去皮切段。鍋中加入約2000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
注意:體質虛寒、脾胃虛弱者不宜飲用。

Ingredients: 9g honeysuckle, 9g coptis chinensis
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Brew the ingredients with 200ml hot water and steep for 5-10 minutes until aroma develops. When cooled, you can apply the tea with cotton swabs to the canker sores affected area.
Notes: for external use only. Apply three times a day. Use consecutively until the canker sore improves.
Night-blooming cereus soup with corn and burdock
Effects: clears heat, dispels dampness and clears summer heat. Relieves canker sores, bad breath, nosebleed, constipation.
Ingredients: 1-2 fresh night-blooming cereus, 2 corns with silk, 1 burdock, 40g rice beans, 80g lotus seed with core, 2 figs
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak fresh night-blooming cereus in water to clean and cut into short pieces. Keep silk on corn and remove husk and cut into pieces. Peel burdock and cut into pieces. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.
Note: not suitable for those with asthenic and weak body condition and spleen and stomach.

解宿醉湯水小貼士:
適當地添加解宿醉食材如紅菜頭、洋薏米、生薏米、粟米鬚、木瓜、冬瓜、絲瓜、西洋菜等等。

功效:清熱利濕。紓緩酒後無胃口、頭重欲吐、熬夜後喉嚨痛、口臭等症狀。
材料:西洋菜600克、栗米連鬚2根、雪梨2個、薯仔2個
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨備用。西洋菜易藏有小昆蟲,洗淨後應用鹽水浸泡二十分鐘,再用水沖洗備用。薯仔、雪梨去皮切塊。栗米連鬚去衣切段備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

健脾祛濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加健脾祛濕食材如粟米鬚、薏米、陳皮、赤小豆等。
節瓜粟米三豆素湯
功效:健脾袪濕,利小便,紓緩身體因濕重而四肢困重、水腫等症狀。
材料:節瓜2個、粟米連鬚1根、赤小豆30克、眉豆30克、白扁豆30克、蜜棗2顆、陳皮1角
做法:
1. 全部材料洗淨,節瓜切大塊,粟米去衣連鬚切段備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,放入全部材料,以武火煮至水滾,調文火煮約1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.

早朝に二人で散歩に行きました。
梅雨の合間のよく晴れた1日でした。
みなさんも良い週末を!
■朝ごはん
・味噌汁
・ご飯
・鮭のホイル包み焼き
鮭に塩を振って余分な水分と臭みを抜く。キッチンペーパーなどで拭き取る。
玉ねぎは薄切りに、舞茸は手でほぐす。アスパラガスは筋をピーラーで剥いて食べやすい大きさに切る。
バターを10gほど乗せてアルミホイルで包み、魚焼きグリルで10~15分焼く。
■お昼ごはん
・とうもろこしのポタージュ
とうもろこしは皮とひげを取る。鍋にとうもろこしがかぶるくらいの水を入れ、塩を加えて5分ほど茹でて冷ましておく。
玉ねぎ1/2個は薄切りにし、バター10gを入れて透き通るまで炒める。薄力粉大さじ1を加えて更に炒める。
とうもろこし1本分の実、水100ml、コンソメ小さじ1を入れて弱火で5分煮て、粗熱を取る。
ミキサーでなめらかになるまで撹拌し、鍋に戻して牛乳120ml、塩コショウで味を整える。
・生クリームで作るスコーン
ボウルに薄力粉300g、砂糖30g、塩1g、ベーキングパウダー小さじ1を入れて混ぜる。
生クリーム200mlを入れて切るように混ぜ、手のひらで押して2~2.5cmの厚さにひとかたまりにする。
5cmくらいの型で抜き、余った生地はボウルに戻してチョコレート100gほど加えて切るように混ぜる。
チョコスコーンはざっくり丸めるように形を整えて、200℃に予熱したオーブンで20焼く。

・Scone made with fresh cream
Prepare 300g of flour, 30g of sugar, 1g of salt, and 1 tea spoon of baking powder into a bowl and mix them all together.
add 200ml of fresh cream into the bowl, mix them as you cut them into slices, and then form into a lump of 2~2.5cm by pushing it on your hand.
Cut them into about 5cm by cutter shape, add 100g of chocolate chips into the left dough and mix like you cut them.
Make a round lump of them, bake them for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.

よく頂く質問などについて。
Q.バターは無塩ですか?有塩ですか?
お菓子には基本的に無塩バターのみ使用しています。
無塩バターに塩を加えるレシピは有塩バターではだめなのか?と質問をいただくのですが、狙った塩加減にしたいため無塩バターを使っています。
※一部過去の動画は「バター」のみの記載になってしまっています。
今後は字幕に「無塩バター」と表記するよう心がけますが、
それ以前の字幕に「バター」としか書かれていなくても
「無塩バター」を使用しています。
Q.オーブンは予熱しますか?
焼成温度に合わせて予熱しています。
家庭用オーブンは庫内が小さく扉を開けた時に熱が逃げやすいため、
焼成温度+10〜20℃で予熱し、焼くものを入れてから焼成温度に合わせて焼いています。
こちらも今後は字幕で「〇〇℃に予熱したオーブンで□□分焼く」といった形で表記するように心がけます。
