BEZ. FOCCACIA. IN. SINGAPORE @mimieubakery!!! This is the Slutty Spam Sourdough Focaccia with Cheddar which will 110% blow you away. I promise you’ll be like “omg this is so good” just after one bite. The texture is really flawless - perfect density and springiness, and just moist enough. And it has just the right amount of tangy kick, and cheese. So so so good!!! I hope I can order a special one with more spam next time hehehe. Anyway, it’s a super huge and heavy bread so make sure you have people to share with (I cut it into 6 substantial pieces). It’s really good with scrambled eggs, and the House Special Honey Cayenne Butter that so many people raved about. Really lucky to have snagged this limited edition bread and the awesome butter! 🥺 oh by the way the waitlist is at least 3 months long so ... order only if you can wait (but it’s defo worth the wait!)

Huge ramen in Chiba! We visited "Ramen Aya" in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture. I have visited popular ramen shops such as "Ramen Jiro Chiba" and "Boo Boo Taro" near the center of Chiba. This time, the signboard is a big ramen with a distinctive character! Moreover, the ramen, which has a junk item called motsu curry on top of a large amount of noodles, is so powerful that it seems to pop out of the image. Please take a look at the powerful ramen that you will want to try once!
