Porchetta is actually an Italian recipe but we turned it Asian by giving it a twist. Enjoy this crispy and super super flavourful roasted pork belly. You can bake it in your oven or even an airfryer. Consider making this for your loved ones.

Ingredients:
Serves 3 - 4 pax
580g of pork belly
2 tablespoons of sea salt (use 1 tablespoon to salt the skin first then another 1 tablespoon to salt again after you've applied the marinade on the pork)
2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 bulb of garlic - grated
15g of young ginger - grated
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon of Chinese white rice wine
Some white vinegar
Preheat the oven at 180C for 30 mins first before roasting your pork.
Roast the pork first at 180C (356F) for 1 hour.
Roast again at 250C (482F) for another 1 hour.
Roast the pork one last time at 270C (518F) for 30 mins.
