Baby it’s cold outside! Also means hotpot season is here🍲! One of my must-haves is the soybean roll (響鈴)it’s obviously deep fried hence how scrumptious it is. Question: They said Abs are made in the kitchen. How do you maintain a balanced diet Jordan?
Answer: My diet is always 60% of healthy, and high in satiety food like lean protein, vegetables, potatoes, while the other 40% is not so healthy food like fried chicken, salad dressing.
At the end of the day, whatever I eat, I consume within the calorie intake my body needs (2500 kcal for me).
I don’t overeat unless it’s on my cheat day which is once a week and it's fine because overall, it’s still in balance.
It’s great to go hardcore on dieting at first, to lose the first 5-10lbs of beginners-weight for extra motivation, but over time you want to balance it out between good food and “bad” food.
Well, “Bad” food is not totally evil. It gives us a variety, and the “spice” of life because we all have different taste buds, we're all human after all. It’s okay to have 1 to 2 cheat meals, just remember to get back on track and come back strong. This is how I maintain sustainable long term results, staying fit all year round!

- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

3) Curb Cravings
- 6 Apple Slices
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1L Water
4) Ease Digestion

- 6 Lemon Slices
- 6 Cucumber Slices

- Pinch of Himalayan salt

These drinks will promote a more active metabolism and help burn fat more easily. But remember guys, you won’t magically lose weight just by drinking these and do nothing. You will still need to maintain an active lifestyle and eat a well balanced diet. All the best! xx
