if you are struggling to start off jump rope training, this is a perfect video for you.
In this video, we are doing a 8 follow along excerises to help you on single bounce step by step.
A lot of people start doing jump rope with double bounce, But after they get used to the double bounce, it is hard for them to move on to single bounce. And I bet you guys might be frustrating starting out to do single bounce and had no clue to train effectively.
