「鈴聲的顧慮，無聲的畏懼
不再重要，停頓了。」
有太多訊息會疲倦，沒有訊息會害怕孤單。第一次覺得失去了「靜」應該是大學的時候。我在外國讀書，家人，最好的朋友和當時的拍拖對象也在不同地方。因時差，每晚剛要睡的時候如果收到訊息都會害怕是他們有突發事情或很重要的事情，不看手機不行，這習慣慢慢變成失眠。當時真的不懂處理和控制這種anxiety和paranoia。到之後異地戀關係開始撕裂就更加嚴重，每晚無助地等在地球另一邊的人，不知道會不會收到訊息就想不停check。結果覺得真的不可以這樣了，十年前開始手機就set到沒有通知聲音，沒有通知震動，apps都盡量不容許有通知訊息。要找回鈴聲和無聲以外真正的自己，無論什麼都不被影響的心靜，照顧自己的聽覺。
這次填詞沒有特別和林若寧分享這些細節，但好多句都好hit到我，一定是比我想像中有更多人都經歷過類似的事情。hugs🤍

状況に応じた「電話をする」の英語表現

「電話をする」と言うと、真っ先に思い浮かぶ表現が「I will call you」ですが、ネイティブはそれ以外にも様々なフレーズを使って「電話をする」を表現しています。今回は「電話をする」を意味する、カジュアルにもビジネスにも使える表現、年配の方がよく使う口語表現、そして若者が使うインフォーマルな表現の3パターンをご紹介したいと思います。

1) Give someone a call
→「電話をする」

この表現は「I will call you」と同じ意味を持つ表現ですが、より自然でフレンドリーな響きがあります。直訳をすると「電話するね/電話を差し上げます」であり、友達同士でもビジネスの場でも使える非常に便利な言い回しです。
　
✔「電話するね」は「I will give you a call」
　
✔「人に電話をかけさせる」は「Have someone give you a call」
　
＜例文＞
　
I’ll give you a call before I leave.
（家出る前に電話するね。）
　
I’ll have Mike give you a call when he gets in.
（マイクが戻ったら電話をするようにさせます。）
　
Stacy will give you a call when she gets back into the office.
（ステイシーがオフィスに戻りましたら、お電話差し上げるようにいたします。）

2) Give someone a ring
→「電話をする」

この表現を初めて耳にすると「え？誰かに指輪をあげるの？」と混乱しちゃいますよね（笑）。電話の鳴り方がring-ringと聞こえることから、give you a ringは「あなたの電話を鳴らす」と言う表現が生まれました。年配の方も使う口語的な言い方です。ただし、話し言葉であるため、ビジネスの場や目上の人には使わない方が無難でしょう。
　
＜例文＞
　
I’ll give you a ring when I get there.
（着いたら電話するね。）
　
Give me a ring after work.
（仕事終わったら電話して。）
　
Have your brother give me a ring when he gets home.
（お兄ちゃんが帰ってきたら、電話するように言っておいてね。）

3) Hit someone up
→「電話をする」

この表現は、この中で最もカジュアル＆インフォーマルな言い方で、一般的に若者が使う傾向があります。Hit someone upは電話で連絡をすることに限らず、メールやSNSなどを通して連絡をする意味合いも含まれます。「I will call you」や「I'll email you」の代わりに「I will hit you up」と言います。
　
✔かなりインフォーマルな言い方なので、ビジネスの場や目上の人に使うのは避けた方がいいでしょう。
　
＜例文＞
　
I heard you were in the neighborhood yesterday. Hit me up next time!
（昨日近所にいたんだって？今度は連絡頂戴よ。）
　
Hit me up if you want to hang.
（遊びたかったら電話してね。）
　
I’ll hit you up after I charge my phone.
