避免硬舉時腰痠 髖關節外旋與內旋活動度練習
硬舉是一項非常具功能性的運動,除了能練出美背、翹臀、修飾的腿部線條,每天凡舉彎曲拿地上的東西等,都是在練習硬舉。
有腰痠的問題,可能是來自於背部無力,但也很有可能髖部外轉與內轉的活動力不足導致。訓練髖部關節的活動度、加入在練腿臀(特別是硬舉之前)的暖身,可以有幫助降低腰痛甚至運動受傷。
Airplane Hip Mobility飛機髖部活動度訓練是一項多位教練、物理治療師推薦的動作,可以分成初階手扶輔助、進階單腳進行。
外旋+內旋動作一邊各8-10下,適合每天訓練或放入暖身動作。

髖關節活動度 Hip mobility Part3 !
這一part,難是在於要同一時間使用及控制多個關節動作,所以當在執行時出現不穩、不適感或不太清楚自己在做甚麼,可以先降階到part2或是part1。
簡單提醒:
注意在活動髖關節時,儘量讓你的膝蓋對齊第二、三腳趾頭的方向!
*這三個part的(Hip mobility)髖關節活動度動作,都是非常好的動態暖身,以後練臀腿前都可以做~加油~Have a great workout
