我要用Hspice模擬inverter
程式碼打好並按下simulate
然後Edit LL跑出Error:(c\user\desktop\hspice code\1234.sp:34)

請問這是我HSpice安裝失敗嗎?
但我打RL電路的code,圖卻跑得出來
是資料庫抓不到cic018嗎?
還是我資料庫安裝不完全?

我用講義上MOS的程式碼重新模擬也是出現依樣的Error:Unable to open "cic018.l"
應該就像C大講的那樣資料庫沒裝
我是用2009_09版本的
安裝方法也像網路上hspice傻瓜版那樣安裝
那怎樣下載資料庫?
問題已經解決了,原來是沒有製程檔cic018.l
加了製成檔之後波形都可以模擬了
