回想起四年前，本來是為了要去 #巴黎 拍婚紗，想找個能雕塑體態的運動來試試，又看到朋友貼的真人版塔羅（誤） #倒吊人 照片，決定到 NoMad Om Factory 諾瑪瑜珈 嘗試一下 #空中瑜珈，沒想到一試成主顧，讓平衡感不好，卻不怕暈的我，也終於能一圓 #太陽劇團 夢想！更從中找到紓壓的管道，如今只要一陣子沒讓自己 #吊一下 #失重一下 就好像渾身不對勁！

Taiwan has been in a Level 3 Lockdown since May 15th. It’s pretty surreal to be experiencing the shut-down of all local activities for the second time, but the upside of this experience is that I already have routines established from the first go-around.
