I am a huge fan of traditional food and I’ve recently recreated this dish at home. Due to the minimalism of the dish, the taste of the rice gets as much attention as the chicken so it is important to pick the right grains. The idea is so that the rice plays an active role in complementing the chicken, instead of just being a “filler”. 1 cawan whipping dairy
3/4 tin susu pekat
3/4 cawan susu segar( ikut kepekatan masing2 nak cair sket tambah lg)

6 pairs of grade b eggs

How to make Matcha Ice Cream
☞ Container size: at least 800ml
☞ To freeze mixing bowl 12 hours before
✎ Ingredients
heavy cream 250g
sweetened condensed milk 170g
milk 50g
IPPODO matcha powder 15g
✎ Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder.
2. Add milk into the matcha powder and mix well until it becomes the paste form.
3. Add condensed milk into the matcha paste, slowly incorporating the mixture until smooth. If there are too many lumps, sift it.
4. Pour the cold heavy cream into a freese mixing bowl, whip the cream on medium high speed until almost stiff peaks, be careful not to over whip.
5. Gently add the matcha mixture into the whipped cream, whip on low speed until the mixture becomes thick and airy.
6. Transfer the mixture to an 800~1000ml metal container and freeze for 4-6 hours.

Ingredients:

200g pineapple
300g soy milk
50g maple syrup
1 tbsp tapioca starch
1 tsp agar powder
pepper mint
100g coconut milk
100g soy milk
10g maple syrup
Instructions:
1. cut water melon in bite size and blend at lowest speed.
2. pour into ice cube tray and leave it in a freezer.
3. put all the ingredients of pineapple jelly together in a blender container and blend well.
4. gently heat the mixture up until agar and starch are well cooked.
5. pour into cups and leave it in a fridge.
6. slice the pineapple jelly into small pieces.
7. put the remaining ingredients(coconut milk, soy milk and maple syrup) together and top with water melon ice cubes.
