Despite having Orthodontic tx completed few months ago, she is still unhappy about the length of her central incisors. We advised for Ortho treatment to intrude her centrals since that is her concern but she isn’t keen on re-treatment. She initially wanted her central incisors to be trimmed off as she dislike the length. After a round of discussion (I explained about the centrals’ length as well as her small laterals giving the illusion of “even larger centrals”),we decided to proceed with a mock up (“smile try-in”) without reducing the length of the front teeth and see how it looks. Although it means more work and clinical time, but it’s in patient’s best interest.
After mock up, she still think that the centrals are tad bit long and with the increased length of other teeth, it affected her phonation (speech) as well, so we proceed with Enameloplasty on her centrals as well as composite veneers from 4-4z
Conservative dentistry is our goal, but in certain cases where patient’s request is within reasonable range, I’ll let patient make the final decision since their set of smile ultimately belongs to them. 😁

Cream cheese is a soft, neutral-tasting cheese made from cow's milk and cream. Its subtle sweetness, mild tanginess, and silky smooth texture make it extremely versatile: Spread it on a bagel, mix it into cookie dough or bread batter, or use it as a base for your next creamy frosting. I have taken this challenge to try making my own. It was good. I have even added garlic and chilies for more flavours. Max loves it as spread for his wraps.
Ingredients For Fermentation:
. Heavy cream 1 L
. Buttermilk with active cultures: 60 g, 1/4 cup
* Mix them and ferment it at the room temperature (21-24°C) for 24-30 hours
* Then get ready cheese cloth and deep bowl to drain and remove the whey at room temperature for another 24-30 hours.
Final process :
. Add salt: 4 g, 1/2 teaspoon
* You can also add on chili powder or garlic for more flavour.
This cream cheese can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.

Cake appreciation post.
The final product was lopsided and imperfect. But we had loads of fun making it, and it was made with lots of love.
It was a rushed job. I baked and assembled it while Tien was in school or napping, and Tien added the finishing touches. I like to think that’s how we’ll approach all things #babykaypoh. I’ll do most of the heavy lifting- but Tien will always be there to help and make the experience more enjoyable. He’s a great big brother already 🥰 #babypohpiah
