企業瘋零碳轉型，這些「綠色職能」是未來求職市場的新趨勢（09/02/2021 Future Commerce未來商務）

「許多大型企業為響應全球減碳及環境永續，紛紛要求旗下供應鏈加入碳排放考量。」勤業眾信聯合會計師事務所中國稅務資深執行副總經理陳文孝表示。隨著氣候變遷成為全球共同關注的議題，各國企業及政府紛紛宣布減碳目標，逐步轉用再生能源。
根據 LinkedIn 盤點了 2018～2020 年間，職場上快速增加的綠色技能，前 3 項分別是：生態系統管理、環境政策和永續採購。生態系統管理主要是能夠掌控氣候造成天然災害的成本；環境政策則關注環境惡化對人類的威脅；永續採購則是注重降低供應鏈碳足跡的能力。
這些從事綠能相關的專業人員，或是對環境保護及復育有重要影響力的工作者，成了求職市場中新的工作群體：綠領（Green Collar）。
「綠領」將是未來的熱門人才
根據國際能源署（IEA）2021 年 5 月發布的《2050 淨零：全球能源部門路徑圖》（Net Zero by 2050：A Roadmap for the Global Energy Sector）報告中指出，淨零排放將帶動再生能源的投資，到了 2030 年將創造 1,400 萬個職缺，在開發節能電器、燃料電池運具，以及建築節能改造上，更將增加 1,600 萬個工作機會，顯示「綠領」將是未來就業市場的熱門人才。
其中像是許多住宅、工廠都投入太陽能板設備，因此組裝以及維護人員需求大量提高，根據美國勞工統計局預估，2019～2029 年太陽能安裝商（solar photovoltaic installer）的就業成長率達到 51％；另個再生能源——風力發電前景也看好，美國勞工統計局調查 2019～2029 年成長最快的 20 大職業中，風機技術人員（wind turbine specialist）更是以 61％ 的就業成長率，排名第一。
環境議題受重視，新 C 級職位「永續長」應運而生
「永續長」（CSO）這個職位，首次出現於 2004 年，美國化工公司杜邦（Dupont）任命費雪兒（Linda Fisher）為永續長。
專為全球企業招募高階永續人才的公司 Weinreb Group 觀察，全球在企業內部設置永續長這個高階職位的企業數量急劇上升，2020 年美國共有 31 家公司聘雇了首位永續長，數量高於前 3 年的總和。包括星巴克（Starbucks）、通用汽車（GM）等，都在 2020 年增設永續長職位。
永續諮詢機構《Eco-Business》報導，亞洲永續發展諮詢公司 Corporate Citizenship 永續部主任米爾本（Thomas Milburn）認為「永續部門」不是一個在公司角落，負責撰寫永續報告，發一些綠色債券，贏一些獎項回來的角色。
一名好的永續長需要持續與執行長和利益關係人溝通永續的重要性、確保企業能將永續發展整合到企業核心策略上，並在此基礎上朝目標前進。香港最大酒店集團之一的信和酒店集團（Sino Hotel）資深永續發展經理 Melanie Kwok 就指出，「永續長必須從內而外了解業務的風險與機會，並且具備解決全新問題的能力。」
想當「綠領階級」，還有這些綠色職缺
除了永續長這樣的高階主管之外，未來的求職市場中，還有許多「綠色職缺」。
比方說，現在各國都在擬定徵收碳稅的政策，企業就需要可以管理「碳」的人，「碳審計師」（carbon auditor）因此成為新興職缺。碳審計師的工作，是扮演公正的第三方角色，查核企業揭露的碳排數據是否正確，也需要盤點企業碳排的來源，分析碳排放對公司財務及營運的影響，提供後續管理的建議。
另外，金融市場上，除了常見的股票、期貨這類金融商品之外，「碳權」也成了新的交易商品，因此能夠掌握碳排放和核查技術、了解碳交易規則的「碳排放交易員」（carbon trader）也是新的綠色職缺。
除了碳排放相關的職缺，在綠色建築這塊，也會釋出許多工作機會。國際勞工組織預估，為了因應大量像是改造老舊漏水建築、興建符合低碳標準建築等計畫，將需要為數眾多的綠色住宅建造者（green home builder），到了2030年可望帶來 650 萬個工作機會。
能源轉型的過程中，化石燃料的需求下降，其相關工作定會大幅流失，不過新興能源及其周邊的職缺也會崛起，若政府能夠做好就業輔導、協助工作者轉換職能，便能降低能源轉型造成的失業衝擊。
