2. Tone
3. Step zero
4. Moisturize

Not sure about you but,
5 years ago, even 2, I was a very different person.

5 changes I noticed:
1. “Don’t sweat the small stuff”; the ability to see the bigger picture
2. Calmer, less reactive; more restrained in many ways.
3. Fitter than I ever was in my 20’s. Age does that you you! Lol.
4. Less self-conscious
5. More #skin-conscious; less makeup, better product choices.

Not the best morning face you’ll see
but this me, eyebags in full glory,
assuring you that it’s okay to feel inadequate.

While it’s important to invest in our skin
(it’s going to represent us for a long time),
it’s equally as important to invest in
everything else beneath that.

strengthening our spirit/inner man,
purifying our intentions.
