今天分享的是抹茶双层芝士蛋糕，别看它做法似乎很复杂，其实分开来看，每一个部分都不难，这个蛋糕只是需要耐心去分别做三层，最后组装起来就可以了。吃它的时候便会觉得，一切都是值得的。蛋糕的抹茶味浓郁，底层芝士蛋糕口感绵密，上层芝士蛋糕口感丝滑，不同的层次感一瞬间在口中化开，抹茶控表示好满足。

海绵蛋糕底： 可做2层8寸的海绵蛋糕
165摄氏度 18分钟

6年前に初めて作った焼きショコラ風。
レシピ本にも載せていますが、久しぶりに食べたくなって焼きました。材料3つって言うのが嬉しいこのレシピ＾＾

きょうは久しぶりに気温が高く生地がゆるくなったので保冷剤を使って冷やしながら作りました。

【Ingredients】
100g Dark chocolate
20g Cake flour
20g Cornstarch

【Directions】
Preheat the oven to 170℃（338°F）
①Place the chocolate in a bowl.
②Melt chocolate in a double boiler
③Add the flour and cornstarch and mix.
④Put it in a piping bag. (star piping tip) and Squeeze.
⑤Bake at 170℃（338°F）for 8minutes

【材料】
ビターチョコレート 100g
薄力粉 20g
コーンスターチ 20g

【作り方】
準備：オーブンは170℃に温めておく。

①ボウルにチョコレートを入れる。
板チョコは手で小さく割るか包丁で刻む。
②チョコレートを湯煎で溶かす。
③薄力粉とコーンスターチをふるって加え混ぜる。
④星口金をつけた絞り袋に入れオーブンシートを敷いた上に絞る。
⑤170℃で8分焼いて出来上がり!

●トースターでも出来ますが、焦げやすいので、表面が乾いたら
ホイルを被せて乾燥させるように焼きましょう。
●保存は湿気ないようにタッパーなどに入れます。
