Thank you for those of you who care for me🙏. It’s the third day since I’m out of the hospital. I still feel dizzy but I am trying my best to keep doing all my work and stay it on track 🙏 .In our lives it is hard to please every single person on earth, but what matters is that we try to be our best selves and stay out of arguments and conflict. 🙏🏼Peace is what we need to keep this world beautiful 😊 I wasn’t feeling well and I figured something was wrong with my body I was having abdominal pain and didn’t know what was wrong. It was on and off and doctor told me maybe it’s because of my depression but I thought what else could it be? It must be more …. Three months ago I was diagnosed with Gastritis and this time I was diagnosed with hysteroptosis cystitis and overactive bladder. I think that is the reason that my tummy is hurting… so now I’m on my prescriptions. Hopefully it’s going well. I may have operations soon too if it’s not getting better. But I am not scared about it. So don’t worry
To those fellows out there please love your woman. Woman suffers a lot after giving birth. Their inner soul and the body. So respect and love your woman.

Our dear Maeleth turned 66 months young today! A few days ago, she received something she has been wanting for a while: a kids acoustic guitar! Mae has since been following a kids guitar book and practicing for short periods of time each day. Thankfully, my love Amilee Kang plays the guitar and is able to guide Mae along ❤️

Big thanks to Harutsuna Haru “the guitar doctor” for letting us know about this second-hand guitar! He re-strung the guitar, made adjustments so that it would be easier for Mae to play, and polished and conditioned the whole guitar to make it look as good as new! 🤩

All of us have to do our part to keep Singapore safe and get us to the new normal. The recent large clusters from the KTV lounges and Jurong Fishery Port remind us why we must all get vaccinated, especially our seniors who can get seriously ill if infected.

Chong Boon Market at Block 453A Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 is one of 12 markets with confirmed cases, probably linked to the Jurong Fishery Port. The market will be closed for two weeks till 1 August. Everyone working there will be tested and quarantined, to prevent further spread. All visitors to the market since 3 July should monitor your health closely, and see a doctor immediately if unwell.

I know this will inconvenience AMK residents, but please bear with us while we work through this. Also please help update senior residents who may not have heard the news.

The list of affected markets and food centres can be found in MOH’s latest press release (go.gov.sg/ceqc0k). If you went to a KTV lounge, Jurong Fishery Port or any of these places recently, please get yourself tested. Monitor your health, and remain in quarantine or stay home as instructed.

The most important way to keep ourselves safe is vaccinating everyone. We are on track to fully vaccinate 2/3 of our population by National Day. Meanwhile please keep up our regular habits of wearing masks, washing hands and maintaining safe distancing. This will slow down the spread of the virus, and help to bring outbreaks like the KTV and Jurong Fishery Port clusters under control. – LHL

The first time I fell in love with Boracay Island, Philippines was in 2009. I was with bunch of great people and that made it special. I was younger back then and my perspective was different.

Now I am 33, soon to be 34, for all those times I have visited this beautiful Island, and how it made me feel human again every time I visit, I just wanted to give back.

On my own little ways, I reached to a few locals and shared what I could. It’s not much. I wish I could do more. I lost my job at Apple Singapore, It’s been two weeks since I am here, but I wish I could do more.

But this post is not about doing less or more. It’s about doing what we can to help and share whatever smallest ways we can.

This post is not about showing how poor Boracay is now, because that’s far from the truth. We have the natural resources that for some people can use to get by. But there are a lot who could not.

This post about reaching out to UFC GYM Singapore who asked me evidence and documents from my doctor showing that depression would not allow me to go to gym. This post is about encouraging UFC GYM Singapore to return the money I spent for membership for the gym I never used. This is about asking UFC GYM Singapore to do the right thing and be the better person.

This is about asking my landlord Thai Kum Foon of Kuok Singapore and my property agent Michael Lim of Orangetee & Tie to return my security deposit. To reconsider things as greediness can cause us more. I believe.

I am asking the people involved to think it over. Because the truth of the matter is, doing the right thing is not easy, but this time, you are not doing it for me, but for the people you can help with. Because the truth is, the amount I am asking you to return is just little to what you already have. I am asking you to do one thing in your life, that one day, your kids and their kids, can be proud of.

You may not listen to this, but asking for the last time, is worth the try, for these people.

It’s that time of the year again! Happy birthday my dear wife. And because of you, I have a beautiful family now. You and our children make my life complete. My day starts and ends by looking at your faces...

How time flies. It makes me remember the very first time we spoke. I remember you asked me to join the end-of-year party for UPSR students at Che Shaidah’s tuition. But you never remember this moment when I told you after we got married. So I told you I was like the coolest boy who didn’t join this kind of party because I was too cool for that. ? But because you were the one who asked me I couldn’t refuse so I went and never stopped partying since then...birthday party, majlis kesyukuran, party tupperware ? and parti politik ❌

But that day, your smile was the thing that made me say to myself, "I want to spend my life with you, seeing your smile every day of my life". But sadly, after that we went our separate ways. Long story short, we met again after 12 years and we got married. Wow! What a romantic movie can do nowadays! ?

I am grateful to you for being in my life. You made my life beautiful with you just being there. You, my wife, are my strength and my reason to be a better man. Your courage and strength make my lowest days better.

You are the one who tolerates my mood swings, my woes and my silly jokes. I love that I can tell you even my darkest secrets and be myself with you. Whenever I am sad, you are always there to cheer me up.

The best part of our relationship is we both understand each other’s unspoken thoughts even at times when my brain is empty! And sometimes you even know what my thoughts are when I’m sleep-talking. ?

Happy Birthday, my beautiful wife! They say ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’ and you will always be the apple of my eye. ?

Malaysia's Women and Family Development Ministry shared two campaign posters over its social media platforms suggesting a) working mothers don their office attire complete with heels, makeup and accessories while working from their home and b) To avoid conflict with their spouse, the ministry advised women to not nag and instead imitate the voice of Japanese cartoon character Doraemon, followed by a flirty giggle to convey the message to their spouse on the correct way to hang clothes.

2. Housing and Local Government Minister face critcism over a publicity stunt she pulled earlier this week and

3. A half naked picture of a young, unmarried politician sleeping on the same bed with a young lass beside him has made its rounds. I find out about this viralised story via a FB update from a friend who is an Diorama artist and photographer who explains in detail, why he knows the picture is a BAD photoshop job aka FAKE.

YES. All three trending topics highlighted today, relates to our Malaysian Politicians. HAHAHA.
