Hands up, who loves bubble tea? Well, my girls and I love it and if you are like us, then you are gonna love this cake too. Made with cubes of brown sugar jelly with layers of milk tea sponge cake and luscious frosting, this is surely one of the most interesting cakes we have tried.
The kids went "Hmmm, this really tastes like BBT!", "The jelly are like pearls!" and "I like it, so special!" which showed plainly how much they were enjoying every bite of the cake. I personally loved the soft and fluffy sponge cake and the chewy brown sugar jelly bits added more texture without being overly sweet.
