今天是教師節，祝福各位老師教師節快樂！並感謝所有老師辛苦的付出和貢獻。

相信看到教導的學生日益懂事、平安成長，所有為人師表的心情都會感到無比欣慰。

在此向大家介紹，馬祖特別的成年禮──做出幼。馬祖話稱「tsoˇtshuk iuˇ，ㄗㄛˇ ㄘㄨㄎ ㄧㄨˇ」，又叫作過關（kuo uang，ㄍㄨㄛ ㄨㄤ）。

這是在孩子年滿16歲時舉行的古禮，藉由「過關儀式」象徵祛除孩子在生命中可能會遇到的關煞，來祈求孩子在身體與心境上能順利轉換、平安長大，並答謝婦幼保護神──臨水夫人的庇佑。同時，也讓學子感恩父母的養育之恩及師長教誨，成為一位能為自己言行負起責任的成年人。

如今，在馬祖牛角村的「做出幼」，已成為地方上重要的三大秋季慶典之一。另外二個分別是 #鐵板燒塔節 和 #媽祖昇天祭（10/14-16）。

今年「做出幼」的日子就在這個星期日。從早上的送喜活動開始，由喜娘和地方鄉親逐一走訪牛角村，拜訪今年有喜的人家和長壽的長者；下午便是做出幼的儀式；傍晚還有美食特色園遊會，晚上也有表演活動。

馬祖秋慶來囉！邀請大家在海島相見 🎉

在馬祖的秋節有三大祭典活動，分別是 #鐵板燒塔節（9/25）、 #牛角做出幼（10/3）， #媽祖昇天祭（10/14-16）。

明天率先登場的就是鐵板燒塔節。

燒塔節是由福州傳來馬祖的中秋禮俗。據傳是從元朝末年留下來的傳統，當時為了驅除蒙古人，約定在中秋時以燒塔為信來起義。如今演變成一個象徵把過去不吉祥的事物燒去，帶有除舊佈新的傳統習俗。

馬祖早年因為物資缺乏，棺材板、茅廁板之類的器具不能當柴火燒。當這些東西廢棄不用時，就選在中秋燒塔時燒毀，表示惜福、尊敬，並有除舊送厄之意。

如今轉化成有「#除穢卡」，讓民眾可寫下欲去除之的不順遂事物，並投入除穢桶來燃燒，並祈願未來一年能平安順利。明天下午1時起，在舊仁愛市場服務台跟金板境天后宮都有提供喔。

明天除了有燒塔儀式之外，還有擺塔高手挑戰賽、扭白丸體驗，以及我去年也有參與的創意踩街競演，傍晚後更有馬祖特色的美食園遊會，與燒塔音樂晚會－青春搖滾派對。

今年更特別的是，配合國際藝術節推出了馬祖環境劇場《 #海島來相見》，邀約台灣優秀表演藝術家，和馬祖在地的藝文團隊，將從9月25日至11月21日接續在南竿、北竿、東莒進行音樂舞蹈的演出。

馬祖的秋天，依然很熱鬧。在疫情趨緩的此刻，歡迎台灣的朋友，可以來到馬祖，體驗地方特色活動，參與專屬馬祖的秋節盛事！

The programme aims to train students to become professional archivists by providing them with a broad and enriched learning experience covering a full spectrum of principles and methodology in managing records and archives throughout their life-cycle and in setting up and managing an archival institution.

The programme will guide students to plan, establish and manage archives in their organization to meet business, legal, fiscal, public relations and cultural needs.

On completion of the programme, students should be able to

－Apply the techniques to set up an archive and manage records in an office setting
－Analyse the issues, methods and problems in managing office documents and business records
－Synthesise the major concepts of archives especially in areas of acquisition, description and dissemination
－Evaluate the impact of globalization on records and archives management
－Identify the major records-related laws and apply the knowledge to review legal issues relating to archival operation
－Apply the theories and practices in performing archival functions
－Apply conceptual models in preserving digital archives

"Floating Island" - CHUANG Chih Wei Solo Exhibition (2014)

These islands were saturated with a kind of floating memory incessantly drifting in the air flow of time.
This solo exhibition is titled "The Floating Islands" to project the sedimentary status of my own creation. Due to my past experience shuttling through various professional realms including interactive devices, electronics, architecture, machinery, nature and scientific experiments, I had experienced with bouncing touch and escaping rapidly. On the other hand, since 2013, I kept on relocating through different cities. At the very movement I could feel the cultural variance, I was also confined to a small specific zone due to my job demand. Such a status made me act like a navigator losing his sailing coordinates. Namely, I had always experienced myself in an identical way to perceive what I had encountered even if I truly understood my whereabouts in different territorial waters. However, till the spring in 2014, my floating and isolating status of creation started to accumulate a huge isolation sense as if nowhere I could belong during the period of my Tokyo stay for art creations because of both my physical and mental conditions continuously affected by the roaming and strange settings of relocation, dwelling, familiarity and departure over and over. A series of my creative artworks started to be conceived like the long-sunk islands surfacing again. Therefore, this solo exhibition will be demonstrated in a way with poetic description. Framed by technologies and life experience, the coordinates of these islands / my ego will be definitely positioned.

這群小島是某種輕飄飄的回憶，在時間的氣流中不斷位移。
個展以「浮島」為名，投射出自身創作的沉積樣態。由於過去穿梭於不同領域，涵蓋互動裝置、電子、建築、機械、自然、生物以及科學實驗，以跳躍的方式接觸，進入後又快速抽離；另一方面，自2013年起不斷在各個城市間移動，在明確感受城市文化差異的同時，又礙於工作需求而被劃限於狹小的特定區塊裡。這樣的狀態猶如一個失去座標的航行者，即便明確的知道海域不同，但卻用同樣的方式認識著所經歷的一切。然而沉浮游離的創作狀態，直至2014年春天在日本東京進行駐村創作，因身體和心理狀態持續在陌生場域間移動，居住、熟識、最終離開，凝聚出巨大且無所歸屬的疏離感，再度積累出一系列創作，原本淹沒於海中的島嶼如再度浮出。因此本次展覽將詩意敘事的手法呈現裝置，藉科技與生命經驗為經緯，定位該島嶼／自身存在的座標位置。
