《Baked Cheese Tart $5.50》The actual name of this tart is called the Twice-Baked Rare Cheese Tart. I am guessing they bake the crust first before baking the filling? It is definitely not as rare as the green tea cream croissant because the latter was sold out when I were there 😑 I was so disappointed 😭
Anyways, when I cut open the cheese tart, I was expecting a molten texture, but there was none. Maybe it was because it was cold so the filling has set itself after being in room temperature?
The cheese tart has a butter cookie crust but it is not as buttery and delicate as the BAKE cheese tart I tried in HK. It was still pretty good and easier to cut in half (doesn't crumble). The filling is made with three kinds of cheese and it was very smooth, really liked the flavour of it
When I go back again I hope I can finally try the green tea cream croissant!
Anddddddd I am soooooo patiently waiting for the Pablo location to open..their flaky crust 🤤

Milk chocolate 100g (2 pieces)
Egg yolk (medium size) 1

How to make
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.

「簡単!冷凍パイシートで作る 一口チョコクロワッサン」Easy! Bite-sized Chocolate Croissant
The croissants are tiny and you might want more and more, but they're so cute!
I used dark chocolate, you can use your favorite chocolate!
パイシートが一枚残っていたので、小さな一口サイズのチョコクロを焼きました。
紙コップとワックスペーパーを使ってお菓子みたいなラッピングをすると、開けるときにちょっとだけワクワクします。
クッキーを焼いて入れてもこれまた可愛いです。
ワックスペーパーはつるんと滑らない方を貼り付けます。
しっかり乾かせば「ぺりっ」と音がしますyo^^
(私の中ではジャガビーラッピング、、、ジャガビー大好き!)
【Ingredients】
Frozen pie crust 1 sheet
50g chocolate
beaten egg
wrapping:
Wax paper paper cup Glue stick Wooden Toothpicks
Masking tape
【Directions】
①Take out the frozen pie crust and leave it at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
②Roll out the pie crust a little with a rolling pin.
③Cut the pie crust into triangle shapes.
(You can use a pizza cutter.)
④Put the chocolate on the triangle-shaped pie crust, and wrap the chocolate.
(Face down the end.)
⑤Line the pan with parchment paper, and put ④ on the pan.
⑥Coat each surface with beaten egg with a brush.
⑦Bake in the preheated oven (200°C) for 9~10 minutes, and serve!

爪楊枝 マスキングテープ

【作り方】
①冷凍パイシートを室温で15分ほど置いておく。
チョコは小さく切っておく。
②パイシートを麺棒で少し伸ばす。
③三角形にカットする。
(ピザカッターを使用すると良い)
④三角に切った生地の上にチョコを乗せて巻く。
(巻き終わりは下にする)
⑤ベーキングペーパーを敷いた天板に、④を並べる。
⑥上にハケで溶き卵を塗る。
⑦200℃に予熱したオーブンで9-10分焼いて出来上がり!
小さめなのですぐに焼けます。
オーブンは前もってしっかりと温めておきましょう。
*動画内ではパイシートを22.5×18cmに伸ばして横半分にカットしてからその半分を18個の二等辺三角形にカットしています、18個×2で36個出来ます。
*チョコはお好みのものでどうぞ^^
*糊が気になる方はopp袋に入れてから、ラッピングしてください。爪楊枝も好きじゃない方は入れずにラッピングしてください。
*糊は貼ってすぐはきっちりくっつきません、半日ほど置くとぺりっと剥がれるくらいになります。
*両面くっつかない加工が施してあるためクッキング用のクッキングシートでは糊で
紙コップに貼り付けることはできません。
ワックスペーパーを使ってください。

提拉米蘇:馬斯卡邦芝士 180g,忌廉 80ml,咖啡香精 1/2 tsp,朱古力粉
做法:
1. 將中筋麵粉,高筋麵粉,砂糖,鹽,酵母,水,牛油(9g)搓勻,冷藏 30分鐘
2. 將麵團壓平,包入牛油(65g),反覆對接壓扁,冷藏 30分鐘
3. 灑上少許麵粉,將麵團壓成薄片切成三角形,捲起,發酵 1小時
4. 刷上蛋水後用180℃焗15分鐘
5. 打發馬斯卡邦芝士,分段加入忌廉,咖啡香精,打發
6. 放入唧袋,唧在牛角麵包上,灑上朱古力粉

Tiramisu Filling: 180g Mascarpone Cheese, 80ml Heavy Cream, 1/2 tsp Coffee Essence, Cocoa Powder
※ PREPARATION
1. Sift the all-purpose flour and heavy flour. Make 3 holes for sugar, salt, yeast and add them. Add water and combine. When it starts to form together, add butter and mix again. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Roll out the refrigerated dough and place butter in the middle. Wrap the butter around.
3. Roll out puff pastry and fold the dough letter style and repeat this three times. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Roll out the refrigerated dough and cut into triangular shape. Cut 1cm edge of dough and roll. Let it stand in room temperature for 1 hour.
5 . Brush off egg wash to coat the croissant and bake in 180 C oven for 15 minutes.
6. In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, coffee essence and move it to piper.
7. Pipe the fillings on croissant and sprinkle cocoa powder.
