Newly opened COBO HOUSE HONG KONG offers an incredible “unspoken” six to eight course tasting menu that is set to change every six weeks. You won’t know what’s on the menu until you arrive and scan the qr code on your phone. 🕵🏼♀️
I loved the aspect of surprise (they are accommodating if there’s anything you don’t eat), the dishes were stunning, service was lovely, and the views of the harbour really added to the whole experience (I’d recommend going just before sunset to see both the day and night harbour view).
