KAANG RA MẮT ALBUM 'LIVE CONCERT - KÝ ỨC VÀ THỜI GIAN' - MÓN QUÀ TRI ÂN 10 NĂM HOẠT ĐỘNG ÂM NHẠC
KAANG tên đầy đủ là Nguyễn Thu Trang, sinh ra và lớn lên ở Hà Nội, là một cô gái mang trong mình trái tim và tình yêu sâu đậm với ca hát, âm nhạc và nghệ thuật. Hiện tại cô là một nghệ sĩ độc lập với dòng nhạc sở trường Pop, R&B, Classical Crossover.
Từ nhỏ, Kaang được mọi người trong gia đình phát hiện ra năng khiếu âm nhạc và đặc biệt là sở thích ca hát. Được sự khích lệ và động viên của người thân, cô luôn nhiệt tình tham gia vào các hoạt động âm nhạc và nghệ thuật từ khi mới chỉ 8 tuổi. Trong quãng thời gian sinh hoạt như một vũ công Hip-Hop ở nhóm Big Toe, cô cũng đồng thời theo học thanh nhạc chuyên nghiệp tại trường Cao đẳng nghệ thuật Hà Nội cùng với Giảng viên Vương Kiều Vân.
Năm 2011, Kaang tham gia cuộc thi truyền hình thực tế tìm kiếm nhóm nhạc nữ 'House Of Dream - Sáng Bừng Sức Sống', lần đầu tiên được tổ chức tại Việt Nam. Vượt qua các vòng thi tuyển, Kaang xuất sắc có mặt ở vòng chung kết. Nữ nghệ sĩ là một trong năm thí sinh chiến thắng của chương trình và là thí sinh có số điểm cao nhất được đánh giá bởi ban giám khảo. Đây là một trong những khoảng thời gian đáng nhớ trong cuộc đời hoạt động âm nhạc của cô.
Năm 2013, Kaang ra mắt MV - cũng là single đầu tay mang tên 'Một Mình', kết hợp với JGKiD, được cộng đồng yêu nhạc nhiệt tình đón nhận. Sau nhiều dự án đáng chú ý cùng các tên tuổi như JGKiD, Đen, Da LAB... Kaang ra mắt MV mới vào năm 2019 với chủ đề bảo vệ môi trường, tôn trọng thiên nhiên cùng nhiều dự án âm nhạc hướng đến trẻ em.
Năm 2020, Kaang chính thức quay trở lại bằng dự án EP 'Đến & Đi - Những Mảnh Ghép' bao gồm 3 bài hát Kaang sáng tác. Trong dự án này, Kaang hợp tác với các nhà sản xuất và nhạc sĩ trẻ tài năng như: Lê Vy, Nguyễn Đức Hải Phong, Phan Đỗ Minh Quân, Nguyễn Đức Tiến...
Không chỉ đam mê âm nhạc ở khía cạnh biểu diễn và sáng tác, Kaang còn rất tâm huyết trong việc chia sẻ niềm đam mê của mình với các bạn nhỏ - thế hệ tương lai. Nữ ca sĩ luôn tin rằng được học âm nhạc là một điều tuyệt vời với bất kỳ bạn nhỏ nào. Vì vậy, từ năm 2017 đến nay, cô tích cực tham gia việc đào tạo và dạy thanh nhạc cho các bạn nhỏ.
26/3/2021 có thể nói là một cột mốc đáng nhớ trong sự nghiệp âm nhạc của Kaang. Tại sân khấu Viện Pháp Hà Nội, đêm nhạc 'Ký Ức Và Thời Gian'
Album 'Live in Concert - Ký Ức Và Thời Gian' của Kaang, bao gồm các bài hát được thu âm trực tiếp từ Concert; được phát hành bởi Sony Music Entertainment Vietnam đã chính thức ra mắt. Nếu mọi người không thể có mặt ở đêm nhạc hôm đó, hay vẫn muốn được thưởng thức lại thì bây giờ đã có thể nghe trên các nền tảng trực tuyến.

On this first day of May, we celebrate the generations of Asian and Pacific Islander Americans who have enriched global society. American pianist Pauline Yang is a wonderful example of this enriching exchange. In a recent classical concert series, her beautiful music echoes the close relationship between the United States and Taiwan. Music breaks down language barriers, facilitates cross-cultural understanding, and promotes people to people ties.
In addition to being a concert pianist, Pauline also received her Master’s in International Relations. She is a cultural ambassador, demonstrating that music serves as not only self-expression, but a critical component of public diplomacy.

音樂會結束將近一個月了，大家還記得當天感動的時刻嗎？

Looking back, from the point I decided to step out of the comfort zone as a classical musician and perform as a busker, there were setbacks and obstacles at the intersection of course, but at the same time I explored and figured out lots of things and fortunately I got sooooooo much help.
Thank you all for showing your support and being here for me all the way.
I enjoy the moment being surrounded by people as a busker and also every single moment standing on the stage for our MEET.

When there is light, there is hope.
Severely hit by the Covid-19, most cultural activities have been cancelled since the 2020. Cultural venues are locked down, schools are suspended and people are distanced. Co-curated by Cy Leo and Keith Lam, The Enlightened Classics is a music project originated from a classical repertoire, substantially involving multi-media design and light installations, to project his hope and faith towards the recovery of our city with a cohort of top caliber musicians of his generation.
