然後喺公司坐足一日做嘢

我今次介紹呢一個減脂減腩去宿便嘅
Overnight Oatmeal餐單
你絕對可以前一晚用5分鐘時間準備好
只需要將所有材料擺落個樽度
然後放入雪櫃
第二朝起身出門口之前
打開雪櫃就可以Grab & Go!
攞返公司做早餐或者做午餐
都十分十分之方便?

我好多朋友都比我捉咗來做白老鼠?
有啲人淨係當早餐食
有啲人會整定兩樽for早餐同埋午餐?
然後晚餐食番正常野
晚餐盡量少食澱粉質
當然同以往一樣
每一日要用水樽飲夠3-4公升水
一星期會見到效果♥

喺整Overnight Oatmeal之前
無論你整咩口味
個base係會用到以下材料
而材料可以喺普通超級市場或iherbs買到：
-要煮嘅燕麥（但整嘅時候係完全唔需要煮嘅）喺隔夜之後，要煮嘅燕麥食落去有咬口有嚼勁，而如果用即食燕麥就會變咗一pat糊仔咁唔好食
-零脂肪的希臘乳酪
-Chia Seed
-Almond Milk (我個人鍾意用無糖Almond Milk, 如果你哋鍾意用無糖腰果奶或者無糖燕麥奶都可以）

口味方面，我真係用過好多種唔同嘅材料去調配唔同嘅口味，我覺得最好味嘅口味就係以下三款：
1）三莓派對
2）蕉氣勃勃
3）菠蘿王子
