Take This Gastronomic Journey Along With Executive director Of Culinary 👨🍳 - Chef Brian Cleere Where He pays homage to his Irish roots with native premium produce and recipes, serving highlights such as the braised Guinness beef stew, fresh Kelly oysters on ice, and the prized whole roasted John Stone beef, served with Ballymaloe tomato relish, steak sauce with stout, and colcannon potatoes!.

Diners can also look forward to an assortment of Irish craft cheeses such as the creamy Gubeen cheese, handmade Cashel Blue cheese, as well as the Crozier Blue cheese🧀.

End Off and Complete Your feast with an array of desserts, from Baileys Irish cheesecake to Guinness chocolate cake and a homemade Irish apple crumble 🍰!.

The special dinner buffet is priced at S$80++ per adult and S$38++ per child (from Sundays to Thursdays), and S$85++ per adult and S$38++ per child on Fridays and Saturdays!.

常有人問我,怎能做出那麼多國的料理?
我說:其實很痛恨煮飯,若你要問我結婚証書對我而言是蝦米?
我的回答是:一張煮飯長期工的合約。
不要問我事情為何演變到如此,只能說我嘴太挑, 大誤!
想當年我是不煮飯的,試問,臺灣街上充斥著滷味,豬腳麵線,米粉湯,黑白切.....我若還煮給自己吃,應該是悟道了!
所以當時冰箱打開只有幾瓶礦泉水,老公看到直"嗨頭"*ㄧㄨ$@}
開始為我把冰箱填滿,餐餐為我煮飯,雖然好吃,但是每頓都西餐,我實在快瘋了,PS: 這跟嫁外國人是兩回事兒!
加上布里斯本外食貴,最便宜每餐$200~300起跳,我記得第一次到澳洲時,食物街是最便宜的地方,但一碗比飯碗還要大一丁點的陽春烏龍麵,居然要價$150!大驚,搶人無誤!當時我超想念臺灣巷口那攤$50的海鮮鍋燒烏龍麵,嗚嗚嗚~~
所以我開始自己看網上影片教學,一步步走向當煮飯婆的不歸路!誤誤誤!!!
雖說我討厭為煮飯而煮飯,但是我超愛看一道菜被我完成後的樣子,所以其實天天都得克制自己不要拍照,免得大家覺得我超搖擺!
雖然在台灣的朋友外食很方便,但剛聽台灣來的朋友說,現在什麼都毒,都假,芝麻油沒芝麻,醬油沒黃豆,毒麵粉??? 蘋果擺放常溫兩週半個月不會腐敗?這這 是真的嗎? 我想如果可以自煮,食材用料可自行控制,就儘量少外食吧!
住國外(歐美)的朋友們,就更不用說了,大家都知外食超貴的,自煮也常是無可耐何的,嘆!
