美國國慶日連假第二集，地點移動到了 Downtown Los Angeles ，現在 USBank 高樓上的 US Bank Tower - OUE Skyspace 溜滑梯已經永久關閉，還蠻感傷的。

這次搭了世界最短的鐵路天使鐵路 Angels Flight Railway ，單程1美金，如果想去博物館和音樂廳等地方，這單程向上可以避開很多上坡！天使鐵道對面有 Grand Central Market ，有很多種飲料、餐點可以吃，便宜又選擇多，日式便當、個人披薩都在十元內！

The Last Bookstore 最後的書店當然也是不可或缺的，附近各種博物館建築、音樂廳都值得一走看看外觀，唯獨記得晚上要小心注意。

晚餐吃了以前很愛的 Hae Jang Chon Korean BBQ Restaurant ，價格上升不少、整體改變也不少，但是還是蠻喜歡這間店的。晚上住 Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown ，床很舒服、房間乾淨整潔，唯獨valet的人技術不太好，有點討厭這樣不付責任的旅館人員。

重開既 @kyotojoelkf 係蘭桂坊California tower 23樓，裝修充滿日本特色，飛唔到感受下日本風都非常過癮❤️ 今次既素食all you can eat強勢回歸🍃 2小時任食包括頭盤、卷物、爐端燒、炸物同烏冬等！頭盤有綠天使他他、炸豆腐沙律、菠菜沙律同埋餃子🥟 爐端燒呢，有田樂燒福岡茄子、冰豆腐、 宮崎甜蕃薯、銀杏及素雞等🍢 卷物非常出色，有6款包括枝豆卷、秋葵卷、而喜歡食辣既一定要試墨西哥牛油果卷，忌廉芝士加青辣椒，辣得泥好刺激🍣！至於天婦羅有5至6款選擇，至愛甜酸椰菜花天婦羅，鐵板上枱，醬汁熱辣辣重跳下跳下架🥦 2 小時 all you can eat ，每位$380，逢週一至週三晚市先有！

近幾年流行食素，不過用100%全植物蛋白製造的漢堡就相信比較少，所以今次就同大家去試一試這個價值港幣$135的植物漢堡，賣相的確同一般的肉類漢堡是差不多，不過最驚喜的地方是，因為它的仿肉是用植物蛋白製造，但同時又可以食到香濃的肉味。如果是素食的朋友不妨去試一試，而且這個植物漢堡只限定發售到 6月。
