材料：
海綿蛋糕 5片，Jelly Beans，小熊軟糖
忌廉：忌廉芝士 200g，砂糖 30g，忌廉 400g，食用色素 2滴，
做法：
1. 在海綿蛋糕其中3片中間開圓洞
2. 將忌廉芝士，砂糖，忌廉打發，分開4份，加入不同食用色素拌勻
3. 在蛋糕片中間塗上忌廉
4. 在蛋糕中心加入Jelly Beans
5. 蓋上蛋糕，外圍塗上忌廉，加上小熊軟糖
▪ INGREDIENTS:
5 Slice Size 1 Sponge Cake
- Filling: 200g Cream Cheese, 30g Sugar, 400g Heavy Cream, 2 Drops Food Coloring (Blue, Pink, Purple, Yellow)
- Decoration: Haribo Jellies
- Stuffing: Jelly Beans
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Make a hole in the middle of 3 slices of sponge cake by using a round mold. Leave the others as it is.
2. Add 30g sugar to 200g of cream cheese. Add 400g of heavy cream and whip it all together.
3. Separate the filling into 4 bowls. Add 2 drops of food coloring on each bowl and mix it.
4. Place sponge cake and spread blue filling. Add sponge cake with hole on top of it and spread pink filling on it. Repeat this step just by changing the colored fillings.
5. Pour the jelly beans into a hole and cover the top with another slice of sponge cake. Spread the left-over fillings on the top and the sides. Put Haribo jellies on the surface of the cake.
