呢個世界總有好多人鍾意make comments
好多人鍾意比意見都唔夠仲好想你採用佢既意見
相信好多懷孕中既姊妹們都好可以感受到
上至你要食咩維他命用邊個陪月邊個醫生係邊到生
下至你點生放幾耐假食咩奶粉請唔請姐姐等
身邊總有人比唔同既意見比你
當然大部分都為你好而且佢地親身經驗過
所以好想share比你等你可以撞少啲板
但呢啲唔等於你認同而你想採同既方法
當然權衡兩者間唔想得失比意見既人
但又可以堅持自己既意向的確係一門藝術
用自己做運動黎做例子
運動左10年由打拳瑜伽到CrossFit
除左handstand外所有既inversion都唔駛warm up
headstand hold 20分鐘係輕鬆
Deadlift 1RM 200lbs (依家我最多比自己去到135lbs)
back squat 1RM 145lbs (依家最多比自己110lbs)
bench press 1RM 85lbs (依家最多比自己65lbs)

Carol discovered yoga at just the right time in her life. Her passion for yoga began in 2013, when she first tried yoga as a means to balance her busy schedule. So moved by yoga's ability to bring peace and tranquility to her hectic life in Hong Kong, Carol felt a calling to share the gift of yoga others in Hong Kong who may be searching for ways to find a similar balance for their mind, bodies and souls. Not only had yoga provided her a means by which she could find balance, it also provided her with a clear new direction: teaching. Carol trained under Patrick Creelman, who provided her first teacher training certificate. She has since obtained additional training credentials to become certified to teach prenatal yoga and yoga for children. Carol founded Passion Yoga in 2015, and has been teaching group and private classes full-time ever since. In her classes, Carol focuses heavily on fundamentals that form the foundation of any yoga practice. She aims to provide top-level technical instruction while still creating a fun and uplifting environment for her students. In keeping with its namesake, Carol hopes Passion Yoga will inspire her students with a passion for yoga similar to her own and allow them an opportunity to balance hectic lifestyles with the peace and tranquility of yoga.

In the small park behind our apartment, lives a community kitty that I hear people call "Mimi."

She has a waterproof shelter that someone made, a pot of kitty grass, an umbrella, scratch pad, and even mini Lunar New Years good luck signs on her box. Every so often, somebody comes by and takes out the blankets inside and let's them air out/take in some sun.

There is even a sign with a QR code to join her Line Chat group so people can coordinate what they are feeding her. She's spayed and wears a flea collar as well.

We often come by and say hi to her, where she really likes the butt rubs. I often see her watching birds, sleeping on the bench, and all sorts of people coming by to say hi. There's a kid who comes with cat toys and they play for a bit as well. Sometimes I'm up until 5am, I walk to the back balcony and just see her hanging out on the floor, watching the moon and bugs flying... a night owl like me. A few times we've seen her jumping across the roofs of our front doorway. I often consider her a spiritual reincarnation of my old tuxedo cat Hachi, but a female version living her best life.

What a spoiled cat.

Due to me testing positive for COVID, I have choice but to pull out of the Tokyo Pro Men’s Physique Super Show.
I’m devastated because I’m currently in the best condition of my life, and was ready to accomplish my goal of becoming the first Japanese men’s physique competitor to qualify for the Olympia.
But most importantly, me and my family are safe and doing ok. We’re all currently in quarantine and are in the process of recovering.
I apologize to my supporters and fans for this sad turn of events. Thank you for all the kind words. I definitely appreciate it.
I have already moved on, and am planing on the next move. Stay tuned, because BIG things are still going to happen!

凄い前に買った紅玉が野菜室の奥の方で眠っていました。
1個しかない貴重な紅玉を使ってさて何を作ろうか、、、
ってことで「林檎パン」に変身～♡
甘酸っぱさとふんわりパン生地で、めっちゃ美味しい林檎パンになりました。
林檎ならなんでも大丈夫ですので、作ってみてください。
カラメル味の林檎でもいいですよね＾＾

レシピは下にあります↓

【Ingredients】
Bread Dough:
★160g Bread flour
★10g Sugar
★1g Salt　　
★6g Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder
★2g Dry yeast

85g water
22g Whole egg

15g Unsalted butter(room temperature)

●Filling
1 Apple
3tsp Granulated sugar
Lemon juice
For Toppings:
Pretzel sticks
Sunflower seeds
*Egg wash

The best water temperature for the dough: About 30℃ for spring and autumn. About 10℃ for summer, and about 40-45℃ for winter.

【Directions】
●Make Filling
①Cut the apple into 4 slices, peel the skin and remove the core.
Thinly slice the apples.
② Add the ①and suger to a heat-resistant bowl, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3-4 minutes.
③Add the Lemon juice and let cool.

●Make Bread Dough
①Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk.
②Add water,Whole egg and mix.
③Put it on the table and knead. (10mins)
④Add butter and knead more. (5mins)
⑤Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation)
⑥divide it into 6 pieces and make them round.
⑦Cover them with a wet cloth and leave them for 10 mins. (bench time)
⑧Press the dough so stretches to 3.5 inch (9cm) diameter.
⑨Then put 25g of apple filling in the middle of the dough.
Then pull all sides of the dough around and wrap the apple filling tightly to seal.
⑩Place on baking paper on a baking tray and leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger. (secondary fermentation)　
⑪Brush with egg wash to glaze, and put pretzel sticks and sunflower seeds on the bread dough.
⑫Bake at 374 °F/190℃ for 12 minutes.
Place it on a wire rack to cool.

*Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly.
*Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest.
*When the dough is too moist and sticky, powder the dough a little.

【作り方】
●フィリングを作る
①リンゴを4つに切り、皮をむいて芯を取り薄くスライスする。
②①と砂糖をを耐熱ボウルに入れ、ふんわりラップをしたら、600w電子レンジで3〜4分加熱する。
③レモン汁を加えて冷ましておく。

●パン生地を作る
①材料（★）をボウルに入れ、泡立て器か手で混ぜる。
②水、全卵を加えて混ぜる。
③台の上に取り出してこねる。（約10分ほど）
④バターを加えてさらにこねる。（約5分）
⑤丸くして、上に濡れ布巾などを被せ2倍になるまで暖かい場所に置いておく。（一次発酵）
⑥生地を6つに分けて丸くする。

ワイヤーラックの上で冷ます。
***冷めたら乾燥しないようにビニール袋などに入れる。
