Every Mother knows of the struggles of Motherhood. It’s a constant balancing act trying to fulfil all the roles a Mother plays for her baby, her family and herself. Throw in an active 2.5 years old toddler into that equation and that balancing act becomes a near impossible task 🤯 We all know that Moms, as amazing and incredible as they are, are still human. As much as we love and adore our babies, we sometimes need a few quiet moments to ourselves to stay sane. For me, I like to slot in some quiet time when I’m pumping. For those 15 minutes I usually read on my Kindle or catch up on emails and just allow myself to take a step back and breathe. 加上我用嘅奶泵有靜音摩打，令我可以喺安靜嘅環境下完全放鬆🥰 Believe me those 15 minutes every 3-4 hours makes a huge difference for my mental health, and at the same time I can pump simultaneously (with the help of my trusty hands free pumping bra!).
