今天是ANZAC Day‼️（ #澳紐軍團日）
是為紀念1915年4月25日，在加里波利之戰犧牲的澳洲和紐西蘭軍團將士的日子。每到這個日子，人們就會吃一款以其命名的甜味餅乾ANZAC Biscuits（又稱澳紐老婆餅）和ANZAC Day的聯繫要追溯到世界第一次世界大戰。因為其容易貯存，在遠海運輸途中可以保持不變質而被分發給出征海外的軍人。

真的非常好吃香脆！而且是用健康的燕麥做成的！聽朋友說製作方法不難！這還是她女兒烤的！真的會不小心多吃了好幾塊！😋

Curious about its name, I googled Anzac Biscuits. Anzac is actually an acronym of Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. The biscuits were sent by wives and women's groups to soldiers abroad because the ingredients do not spoil easily and the biscuits kept well during naval transportation (wiki).⁣

|紐澳軍團日ANZAC Day|

傳統的ANZAC Biscuits是一戰時婦女們為了前線的澳洲、紐西蘭聯軍們所做的易隨身攜帶的補給糧食，營養健康外也充滿了思念及祝福。延續至今，大家也都會在今天4/25吃個ANZAC Biscuits 紐澳軍團餅乾紀念這段不能被遺忘的歷史。

下午趁著空閒做了一些改良版的紐奧軍團餅乾分送給鄰居們，其實應該說是加了燕麥的巧克力餅乾choc chips cookie，是不是還蠻應景～

I recorded the process of bleaching my roots the last time I went 😊
It's a lot of waiting and hair washing and I do this every 5-6 weeks haha..ha..ha.ha........

A heads up that a root touch up is normally a double process, but mine would be considered a triple process (a weaker bleach 2x has been easier on my hair).

There's not much talking or anything this time as it's a more show-and-tell thing, but nonetheless thank you for watching! 💕
