第二屆美國之味亞洲廚藝競賽昨天圓滿落幕。美國在台協會處長梅健華親自到場參與頒獎。參賽者無不使出渾身解數，使用了美國食材做出美味佳餚。開平餐飲學校的彭勝東師傅與簡玉銘師傅勝出抱走冠軍，他們將與香港、首爾、東京、眾多中國城市的初賽冠軍於明年3月23日在東京舉辦的總決賽一較高下，爭取總冠軍的殊榮！台灣隊加油！請看我們的影片!
The United Tastes of America - Asian Chef Challenge, which is organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation and supported by the American Institute in Taiwan yesterday was a huge success. AIT Director Kin Moy attended the award-giving ceremony to confer the grand prizes to the winner. The grand champion is Chefs Peng Shen Dong and Jian Yu Ming from Kaiping Culinary School. The Taiwan champion team will battle with winners from Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo, and many China metropolitan cities on March 23, 2016. Go Team Taiwan! Check out this video!
