For example:

✨ [noun phrase to describe time] + witnessed/saw/experienced + a/an + [adjective] + increase/decrease/growth/decline/climb + in [noun phrase] + [number]
For example:
- The last decade witnessed a rapid climb in the mortality rate from 1% to 10%.
- The last two days saw a dramatic decline of 10.000 in the number of participants
