INGREDIENTS
* THIN CRUST PIZZA, ~23cm dia. for 2 people
A. Dough: 170~180 gram pizza dough (1/2 recipe from my homemade pizza dough tutorial: https://youtu.be/g8PY9vFnjQw)
B. Topping
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
- 2 Tbsp onions, peeled and chopped
- 250~300 gram (9~10oz.) mixed seafood, clean and cubed
- 20 ml (1.5 Tbsp) homemade pizza sauce (tutorial: https://youtu.be/WgXZAy_mSBI)
- 120~150 gram (4~5.5 oz.) cheese, shredded (I used Mozzarella and Emmental cheese, you can choose whichever cheese that you like)
- salt and pepper
* THICK CRUST PIZZA, ~20cm dia. for 2 people

- 15 gram (1/2 oz.) onions, thinly sliced

- 120~150 gram (4~5.5 oz.) cheese, shredded (I used Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese but you can change to any kinds that you like)
- 10 slices of salami
