Resepi Tomyam Campur Ala Thai | Thai-Style Mixed Tom Yum Soup Recipe

Bahan-Bahan
Air secukupnya
2 akar ketumbar
2 inci lengkuas (dihiris)
4 helai daun limau purut
2 batang serai (dipotong serong)
3 cili api (dipotong serong)
Sebiji lobak merah (dipotong serong)
2 keping isi ayam (dipotong kecil)
3 ekor sotong (dipotong bulat-bulat)
8 ekor udang (disiang)
Sebiji bawang holland (dihiris kasar)
3 sb pes tomyam
4 biji limau purut (diperah jusnya)
2 biji tomato (dipotong wedges)
1/2 paket cendawan tiram
Sedikit daun ketumbar (dihiris)
Garam
Nota: Boleh gunakan apa saja sayur pilihan anda.
Cara memasak
1. Didihkan air dalam periuk dan masukkan akar ketumbar, lengkuas, daun limau purut, serai dan cili api. Masak sehingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan lobak merah dan bawang holland, masak untuk seketika.
3. Masukkan dada ayam dan masak seketika.
4. Tambahkan pes tomyam dan gaulkan sehingga semuanya sebati.
5. Masukkan pula tomato dan cendawan tiram, masak untuk seketika.
6. Kemudian, masukkan sotong dan udang.
7. Tambahkan jus limau purut ke dalam tomyam.
8. Perasakan dengan garam dan gaulkan seketika.
9. Tomyam campur siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ingredients
Water (sufficiently)
2 coriander roots
2 inch of galangals (sliced)
4 pcs of kaffir lime leaves
2 stalks of lemongrass (oblique cut)
3 bird's eye chilies (oblique cut)
1 carrot (oblique cut)
2 pcs of chicken breast (cut into smaller size)
3 squids (cut into rings)
8 prawns (diveined)
1 holland onion (roughly sliced)
3 tbsp of tom yum paste
4 kaffir limes (squeezed the juice)
2 tomatoes (wedges cut)
1/2 pack of oyster mushrooms
A little of coriander (sliced)
Salt
Note: You can use any preferred vegetables.
Cooking methods
1. Boil water inside pot and add coriander roots, galangals, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass and bird's eye chilies. Cook them until fragrant.
2. Add carrot and holland onion, cook for a while.
3. Add chicken breast and cook it for a while.
4. Add tom yum paste and stir it until it just combined.
5. Add tomatoes and oyster mushrooms, cook them for a while.
6. Next, add squids and prawns.
7. Add kaffir lime juice into tom yum soup.
8. Season with salt and stir it for a while.
9. Mixed tom yum soup is ready to be served.

Bahan-Bahan
1/2 ekor ayam (dipotong)
4 biji bawang merah (dihiris)
3 ulas bawang putih (dihiris)
1 inci halia (dihiris)
1 batang kayu manis
1 kuntum bunga lawang
2 biji buah pelaga
2 biji cengkih
1 tangkai daun kari
50gm serbuk kari
1/2 cwn air (untuk tumisan)
1 sb asam jawa
3 cwn santan
2 biji kentang (potongan wedges)
1/2 cwn air
2 sk garam
Nota: Tambahkan serbuk cili sekiranya menggemari rasa yang lebih pedas.
Cara memasak
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia.
2. Tambahkan kayu manis, bunga lawang, cengkih, buah pelaga dan daun kari, tumiskan sehingga naik bau.
3. Masukkan serbuk kari dan air, tumiskan lagi sehingga pecah minyak.
4. Masukkan ayam dan biarkan seketika.
5. Tuangkan santan dan gaulkan sebati.
6. Masukkan asam jawa dan gaulkannya.
7. Masukkan kentang dan air, tunggu sehingga lembut.
8. Perasakan kari ayam dengan garam.
9. Kari ayam kuah pekat siap untuk dihidangkan.

4 red onion (sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1 inch ginger (sliced)
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
2 cardamoms
2 cloves
1 strand of curry leaves
50 gm curry powder
1/2 cup of water (for saute')
1 tbsp tamarind
3 cups of coconut milk
1/2 cup of water
2 pcs of potato (wedges cut)
2 tbsp of salt
Note: Add more chili powder if you like it spicy.
Cooking methods
1. Heat oil and saute' red onion, garlic and ginger.
2. Add cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves, cardamoms and curry leaves, saute' until fragrant.
3. Add curry powder and water, saute' until the oil separates.
4. Add chicken and cook for a while.
5. Pour coconut milk and stir it well.
6. Add tamarind and stir it.
7. Add potato and water, cook until soften.
8. Season chicken curry with salt.
9. Chicken curry with thick gravy is ready to be served.

Hi, everyone. :) Today we'll show you how to make the Queen's scones (British Scones).
Scones are biscuit-like pastries, are often cut into round shape or wedges. According to the scone's history, it became popular and an essential part of the fashionable ritual of tea time in England Anna, the Duchess of Bedford, and now it's an English tradition known as "Afternoon Tea"
In England, scones are served at "cream tea" in the late morning or with afternoon tea. You might hear this: What goes on a scone first? Jam or clotted cream? There's much debate about it. For us, we prefer cream first. :-)
In this video, we follow the recipe of the former royal chef Darren McGrady, but we reduce the sugar just a little bit. The ingredient are simple and recipe is easy to make. Use this recipe, you can make the Queen's scones at home. Hope you like this video. Enjoy. :-)

Queen's Favourite Scones Recipes
☞ cutting size: Ø5.3cm, can make 6~7 scones
✎ Ingredients
all-purpose flour 210g
granulated sugar 50g
a pinch of salt
baking powder 8g
cold unsalted butter 55g, cut into small cubes
cold whole 㔹milk 85ml
half egg, cold
one egg yolk for brushing
✎ Instructions
1. Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together in a large bowl, and mix well.
2. Add the frozen butter cubes, then rub in with your floured fingers until the mix looks like fine bread crumbs. Place in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
3. We just need half egg, so crack an egg into a small bowl and whisk it into a homogenous mixture, then split in half.
4. Add beaten egg and pour half milk, this stage you don't need to add too much milk, just lightly bring all ingredients together.
5. Keep adding the milk until the dough comes together. It's really important that we don't overwork to knead it, once the dough come together, put the dough onto the table.
6. Dusting a little flour, just knead it a little bit, then lightly roll the dough to an inch thick.
7. Using a well-floured round cookie cutter to cut the dough. Gently brush the top of scones with egg yolk.
8. Preheat the oven to 180C, and bake for 20~22 minutes.
9. Remove the baked scones form the oven and let cool, then serving with clotted cream and jam. Enjoy.
