【ゆずのフローズンヨーグルト】
今年もいよいよラストスパートですね。
１２/２２日は、一年で最も日が短い冬至を迎えます。冬至は、太陽の力が一番弱まる日で、言い換えればこの日を境に再び太陽の力が強まり、運気が上がっていく日でもあると言われています。
そこで今回は、上昇運をさらに高めてくれる効果がある冬至には欠かせない柚子を使って『ゆずのフローズンヨーグルト』を作っていきたいと思います。
